Is anyone here using WorldPay.com for accepting payments? Any feedback?

Nope but why bother? By offering payment methods that only a minority of your customers is using you're going to scare many away. Why not stick with proven stuff like Paypal and the likes?

If you need alternatives because of limited/banned accounts, look into alertpay or moneybookers, at least to me they seem to be more known than worldpay (of which I have never heard of before).

Part of being a good IMer is to keep up-to-date with news that effects our business; the ability to receive payments is one of those topics.

Alertpay is NO MORE. This is old news, but people continue to refer others to "AlertPay" as a PayPal alternative.

Folks remember, "AlertPay" is now "Payza"...

...and one shouldn't be so quick to recommend "Payza" yet as it still needs to be vetted and tested.

              What "AlertPay" crap?

There's no such thing as "AlertPay".

Great. Now keep it to yourself. This thread is for WorldPay.

Ummm... Even the moderators don't try to dictate how relevant drift happens in a thread.

Y'all need to step back and breathe.

If threads aren't kept on topic, the forum will be a mess.

Forums are inherently messy. That's part of what makes them work.

                        Paul
I don't see how hijacking threads would make a forum serve its purpose.

                          Where's the hijacking?

nod mentioned AlertPay. GMD mentioned that AlertPay no longer exists as such, and that Payza is yet to be sufficiently vetted (in his opinion.)

You ran it off the rails by insisting that people respond according to your wishes.

What prevents these people from creating separate threads to discuss other topics?

Nobody hijacked this thread. And thanks for mentioning worldpay. I just applied with them so lets see how it goes

damn Paul, my eyes are failing me in my old age. I read the beginning of this thread several times over and hadn't seen any mention of Alertpay in nod's post until just now.

My apologies all. When I didn't see any mention of AlertPay, it looked like a hijack... must have had too much sun at the festival.

My bad then, I somehow missed that change. Never used them anyway so I didn't look into it or followed the news about them too much. Always learning something new every day.

Paypal freezes accounts. WorldPay users can accept all credit cards and Paypal.

And sorry there big Chief, but if you take a close look at WorldPay's terms of service and other supplemental agreements and documentation filed with the FSA shows,

        WORLDPAY limits accounts, too.

Not just PayPal. EVERY payment processor limits accounts / has the ability and provisions in place to do so.

GMD, are you hijacking this thread to further an agenda against Payza, or to be combative?
