Which would you recommend for someone trying to get up to speed with video? My primary focus is affiliate marketing and listbuilding.

My vote goes to Jeff Johnson's Tube Traffic Secrets. His stuff get results. It costs more, but I doubt you will be disappointed.

  i'm currently doing a review on my current purchase on tube traffic secrets I just went through the bonus training which is screen casting.
  
  Today I got access to module 1 which is all about market research I will be doing a video review on this module once I have gone through this information.
  
  I have knowledge on youtube marketing and after reading his cheat sheet pdf it confirms to me he knows a fair bit of information as well.
  
  Viral Academy maybe a good product but for me Jeff has released good information for free that can help you wether you buy the course or not.

I have to add that Jeff's Tube Traffic Secrets is hands down a great one. The guy definitely knows what he is talking about. You can't go wrong with this one.
