Hey

Any reviews of Wealthy Affiliate from current members. Is it worth the 12 month sign up fee ?

Thanks

Kieran

Don't sign up for a yearly membership. There are some other programs out there you might consider depending on what you are wanting to do in IM. But for a newbie, WA will get you started.

    Good Luck, Shane

I think WA is by far the BEST starting place for someone new to IM. Everything rolled up into one neat little package, with all the bells and whistles for a tiny monthly fee. I have gotten more out of WA in a month then I did with PPC and GCD in 2.

I'm a member since April 2007 and I was taught what internet marketing is all about. It's about

    1. Finding a hungry market
    2. Finding out what they want
    3. Give it to them

Forget about all the keyword software and ebooks. They only teach you about 3, but only mention briefly about 1 and 2 and some don't even talk about it.

    Hey there,

I've been a Wealthy Affiliate member for over a year now and I am constantly overwhelmed by everything you get as a member. I know I will be a member for a long time!

Go to my WA site from my signature line below and then click on the Blog link.

Look for the post called: Don't Join Wealthy Affiliate Until You Research These Free Offers

    Cheers,

    Fred

I was a member for a few months, but stopped since I wasn't taking any action (wasting money...procrastination is my HUGE downfall). However, I can say that it did have high quality, with it's forum being the real value of joining.

I've started back up into IM again, but I have a strict limited budget. I've joined Justin Brooke's monthly program (Sitefling Mafia) since it only costs $1 for the first month. In fact, it was because of Wealthy Affiliate that I found out about Justin. Once I start making some money, I do plan to rejoin WA.

I have been a member for about 6 months now. There is definitely some great information provided within their forum, much like here on WF.

For someone that is new to IM, it is a great place to start. They have a feature r ight now called NicheQ where Kyle and Carson (owners of WA), teach people how to find niches and even provide them with tons of stuff for specific niches that are very popular.

Overall, very much worth the admission price!

Check out my signature link and go to the Wealthy Affiliate link to see my full review.

        Regards,

        Gary

I might be in total minority here, but I tried it for 2 months as a newbie and got totally confused. It has too many things going on in one place and I was getting severe info overload, even with that 8 week study program. I found it rather basic but going in too many directions, rather than pushing you to learn one thing and that good. Just my 2 cents.
Also the fact that you start to use their online tools (quite a lot, to give them credit), it forces you to stay with them, else you lose everything you've started building on there when you leave, particularly when you've been a while there and got 'hooked'. Once I left from WA, I found the same types of tools on the net as free downloads, etc.

I do miss their forum though, that was darn good...

Is Wealthy Affiliate good for someone who has a product to sell? Or, is it mainly geared for Affiliate Marketers to sell other people's products?

I've heard a lot of positive feedback about Wealthy Affiliate.

      Thanks

You can sell your own product (usually IM related), as well as affiliate products. They have their own message board specifically designated for that. Usually that's where you can find good discounts/specials on products, and even help people beta test their new products.
