Advice Needed - Which Hosting Company for E-Commerce?

Hello, newbie here!
So, I've had enough of Bluehost "unlimited" downtime. (And I do not want Hostgator, so please do not suggest that) Today alone, my website was down 4 times. Bluehost support is useless, obviously; all they say is "we are working on it". Every minute of downtime costs me money; every hard-earned visitor is a potential buyer.

What I have:
Prestashop-based shop with WordPress blog on the domain (about 200 products and growing)
Additional domain that redirects to the main domain
SSL and dedicated IP
About 300 visitors/day

I cannot afford a hosting company with frequent downtimes. I don't want to let down my visitors while they are shopping or, worst, checking out. So, minimum server downtimes is a must.
I need a hosting company that will transfer my shop without (long) interruptions.
I am considering StableHost and MDD Hosting.
What can you suggest?

Thank you for your response! I would love feedback from people who actually used a particular hosting company for their e-commerce. There are so many offers, I am having difficulties choosing one that would be best for my needs. I should have added that I also use live chat on my website, and I can see every time the server is down, except when I'm not at the computer (which is mostly when I'm sleeping only

).

You offer hosting services, right? Do you think what you have meets my needs? Also, would you suggest shared or semi-dedicated plan?

Yes, I own LiquiLayer Technologies. We do have solutions that would meet your needs, although I am not allowed to directly advertise on threads, so you may PM me or contact us through our website.

The amount of visitors you mention, it depends if these are actual users logging in/out/making purchases or just people browsing. I would recommend starting with a VPS w/ CloudFlare & LiteSpeed. You did not mention what your budget is for this?

What's your budget?
Do you have a location preference?

Ideally, not more than about $20/month. But I do realize quality comes at a price. I am going to review what you offer and contact you if I have questions.

Sure thing. As I always tell people who ask, you're free to start out with a shared plan, and grow from there. We certainly do have upgrade paths for every plan.

Oh, regarding the location... Somewhere with the low likelihood of natural disasters.

I know MDD Hosting is in the town with a high potential of flood, which got me thinking...

  Yes, there are. Some of them seem a bit questionable, so I'd make sure you choose carefully & ask questions.

  Yes I already have couple of servers and VPS with them. support is good and helpfull quit happy using them from 3 years.
