1) On my laptop it only works with Chrome. FireFox it let me log in but didn't work. With IE the website/server message told me to use Chrome or Firefox. The message would not go away even when I hit Control ALT Del...I had to reboot.

2) If you remove or delete something there's no cancel/undo

3) I couldn't upload pictures, jpeg, png, etc...

4) It's a beta product????

5) No support link???

Note: I think it will be a real good product.

I have been using it since beta. It has worked absolutely fine for me. I have created a tone of squeeze pages, some sales pages, all working fine.

I have done some for my team,and charged others.... All worked very well.

Launches today at 2PM EST (in about 5 minutes) - I've been waiting for this one for a while, so I will be snapping a copy straight away then testing it out, but so far from looking at the videos it looks great, wayyy better than OptimizePress IMO but we shall see.

The customer service for this product is a f%^&ing disgrace....

Happily take your $500 and will not send you a password and will not respond to emails..

Funny how every warrior and his dog has promoted this, am I the only one experiencing this?

How do I get in contact with someone that can send me access to my product? LMFAO

Hi I purchased it a few days ago after using Optimize press for a few years. it looked great on screen but wouldn't work for me in Safari browser. I have tried Firefox now on 2 machines and find everything buggy and non responsive. Have a 15 mbps connection. Just got off 10 Min Pages again with same buggy behaviour. i saw someone else post they had been using the beta for ages building pages without a hitch. Not sure what browser they have been using but for $500 I would expect something that rocked in everything without freezing and having to save every minute for fear of losing it all. Going to contact support tonight. If they can't help I'm signing up for the new Optimize Press Version 2. Sorry to place the seed of doubt but I always visit forums like this to get the oil on what's good before I jump in. This time though I took a punt at being at the head of the queue!

I'm watching a webinar now hosted by James Jones. I have to say it looks pretty nice but concerned with the issues listed above. Does it only work in Chrome?

Hi Just an update to my post above with concerns regarding 10 minute pages being buggy. I got a response from support telling me to clean out my browser cache completely as it can be the culprit. I also switched to a clean new copy of Chrome and it seems to be okay. I am yet to publish the pages but they came together okay. The functionality was 1000% on what it was before... I should imagine as revisions are made things will get even better. From how it's working now it is a keeper!
Just know there is a money back guarantee if your not satisfied..
I'm sure other people will come up against this particular problem.
I hope 10 Minute Pages support puts the fix in their help/troubleshooting section.

Just an update guys. DO NOY BUY 10 MINUTE PAGES! It has some major issues around video and it is still buggy. I paid $500 to be their beta tester. They say they are trying to fix the problems but it sucks that they have released it without proper testing and no support documentation or comprehensive video training. By the way shame on all those big names who said they had been building pages off it for months. Cash for comment!!!!

Tristan and others are 100% accurate.

These are a few of TMP claims and my responses:

Fanatical Support? I DON'T THINK SO!
10 years in the making? I DON'T THINK SO!
Instructional Videos? I DON'T THINK SO!
In depth technical knowledgebase? I DON'T THINK SO!
Stable platform? I DON'T THINK SO!
Membership Pages? I DON'T THINK SO!

I can go on but, you get the picture. Maybe they'll improve...maybe not, but one thing I'm certain of is that I won't be around either way.

I think I'll just wait for OptimizePress 2 which will launch later this month. It's probably what I should have done in the first place. :rolleyes:

I'm a current member of Ten Minute Pages, and here's what I find/have been experiencing so far....

Support?
On the positive side, there is a Help/Support desk available in the member/control area.
On the negative side, response time (post launch to date) = Super slow...daze...er', I mean *days*. In one case, I had to inquire several times over the course of over a week to finally get an answer.

10 Years in the making?
Could be. Guess it depends on how you define "in the making".

Training Videos?
Including the "Getting Started" & "10 Minute Overview",
there are nearly 2 dozen tutorial videos in the member/control portal.

In Depth Technical Knowledge Base?
None. But then again, the intention of the TMP system is to make building pages EZ & dead simple, while eliminating the technical/coding hurdles. Time will tell if it succeeds or not.

Stable Platform?
I don't believe so. The system is still undergoing change/development.
Here's an email excerpt I received from support after inquiring about
several video functions not working.....

Hi Wayne,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. For now, please use the [Video Lite] option when uploading a video. You need to double click the video placeholder and then paste your embed codes from YouTube etc.

None that I can find. The page template categories listed are:

- Squeeze pages
- Sales pages
- Thank you pages
- Content pages
- Miscellaneous pages

In summary, it's my attempt to be unbiased and simply "call the play - as I see it" regarding TMP.

1. Initial password sent to me had a space in it. Fixed.
2. Support answers your issues 2-3 days AFTER.
3. Wildfire app purchased but don't know where it is??? They sent out a tutorial w/c is actually a SALES LETTER for something I purchased?

10 Minute Pages promises a lot but maybe it's promising to make your clients disgusted at you for offering something that's not yet ready for prime time. Yes, I'm looking at you affiliates of 10 minute pages.
