Blog Builder Service? Any Experience/Alternatives?

I'm working on a new project and I need to build a professional blog to promote my product/site.
From experience, sacrificing some money is way better than spending hours trying to figure out everything on your own, and finally ends with a mediocre result.
I need to build a professional blog with all the bells and whistles, and get it up fast.
When I searched google, I came across the site blogmaker.com, which offers a blog for $150 with good add ons, but as I didn't here about them before, I'm a little skeptical,
Anyone has a good experience with them or any other alternative service to get your blog up?
