Ping KaChing Question

I signed up for Traffic Bug several years ago and forgot all about it even thought I was paying for it every month. Now its PingKaChing. Does anyone know if this is a viable tool with all the changes Google has made in the past several years? If not is there a tool that does work?

    The website seems to be dead, but the software is still running.
    And the 10k question is does this methods still work?
