Turnkey Internet Review - Disaster company
I find this topic very interesting.
And I would like everybody that has had experience with them to make the general public clear as to what services they offer.
To me, this is the best company in the planet for getting reviews removed and constantly having discussions locked... not sure why it is so hard to find all their reviews and if you really look, you will see what this company is rated like. A bunch of ignorant school kids that cant handle what they do.
I believe all should be allowed an honest opinion so as to inform other internet marketers of the risk to their business.
I had a many sites hosted that where dropping out of google every day, not to mention the lost sales as all where sites up and running before making he biggest online error I ever have: hosting with Turnkey Internet.
Support was the worst i have ever ever EVER experienced in my life.
They run with this abuse line that works like this (well did for me anyway)
You make a complaint and you always end up getting annoyed as their support is the worst on the planet, they dont read what you ask them so you go in circles for days to get problems resolved. If you get annoyed with any off this they act the big men and threaten to wipe out your accounts of which I am aware of many people they have done this to.
This left me feeling in a vulnerable system, as when complaints are made, if they find you too much hassle they will just wipe you out and leave you stranded.
I now hate this company and have NEVER EVER dealt with such an amateur service across the whole of the internet and I deal with thousands of companies.
I don't write reviews, but i want to warn fellow Internet marketers so they don't end up wasting a lot of money, time and risk your sites on their unreliable servers of which they will blame everything under the sun for, but themselves. The choice is yours but this is my honest opinion and what happened to me.
Just my honest opinion, but lets see how long it takes Turnkey to get this review covered up as that's what they really specialize in.
Also, if you are having trouble with them, make sure you take a copy of all corespondents to publish to the world, as once you have a problem and they ban you, they wipe all communications and lie.
Don't fall for the C Class SEO ips they offer, as the server is a joke and will do more damage to your sites than help.
When a google robot reads your site and its down up to 15 days out of every 30 at random times, what chance do you have of looking good in googles books? But Turnkey will get back to you after your sites been down for up to 24 hours and blame anything but your selves.
Personally, going wit this company has cost me thousands in loses as well as damaged sites.
Beware all.
Also when Turnkey come on with their usually nice forum reply's don't expect a response from me. You didn't want to help me when I was a customer so don't waste your time now with it and the normal feeble responses always written to discredit a reviewer and make yourselves look falsely like a professional company which you are not. Its funny you guys seem super quick and in depth when a complaint is made out side your own system for the public to see.
I am considering taking this to the next level and talking to trading standards as I don't feel this company should be allowed to trade and deal with customers in the misleading and dangerous way they do. Absolute joke of a company.
