I purchased just the case study but not the oto. Overall it's nothing he hasn't really gone over on source-wave. It's mainly all his post but together in a nice pdf. (30 pages)

I purchased their 500K Lifestyle product for $297.

I asked for a refund well within their 30 day guarantee period, and they do not reply to emails.

I tried to contact them through 3 or 4 different emails.

I filed a dispute with PayPal and said that it could be resolved with a refund. It was rejected by someone with the initials SW.

I submitted a ticket at their help desk, and have added multiple comments, with no response.

        Buyer beware.

Yeah, I would seriously not recommend purchasing anything from Source Wave, Alex Becker and/or Alex Cass. This includes any products that they are affiliates of. How can you believe anything they say if they do not answer their support tickets or if they do answer their support tickets and do not follow through with what they said they would do. The problem is that most of the people that they sell to are internet marketers. I purchased their $297 product and was amazed at how crappy the product was put together and that they really didn't say anything worthwhile. I learned more from a free PDF than their stuff...Once again: do not purchase anything from Source Wave, Alex Becker and/or Alex Cass, they will rip you off and that is what I am reporting. I guess that is why they go through PayPal since PayPal is not helpful with the refunds.

            Update:

After the initial dispute filed with PayPal and refund request was rejected, I escalated the dispute to a claim.

While the claim was being processed with PayPal, I got a response from their support desk from Matthew Heller. Here is what he said:

            Hello Robert,

I have submitted your information to Alex and you should see the refund reflected into your account on Tuesday, when Alex processes all refunds. Since he usually does them in the form of a mass payment, please keep an eye out for a money transfer with the note: "Source-Wave.com Marketing Refund"

Thanks and let me know if you need anything else.

            - End quote -

It is now the "Tuesday" that Matthew was referring to, and still within the 30-day guarantee period.

There was no refund issued, so I replied to the support ticket response and told them there was no refund posted.

After my initial refund request, I had not attempted to log in to the member area, so at this point I decided to try.

Access was denied. I even did a password reset, and it allowed me to reset my password, but still no access.

So at this point it seems that they will not issue a refund, and I am no longer allowed access to what I paid for.

I'd like to believe that this is all just a misunderstanding or breakdown in communication, but it doesn't look like it.

If by chance they end up honoring their guarantee, I will gladly update it here.

As for now, I would suggest anyone considering doing business with Alex Cass, Alex Becker or Source Wave Marketing to reconsider.

I also purchased the 500k Lifestyle product and much the same as the other reviewers here. Well within refund period of 30days. Same email from Matt that I would receive refund on "Tuesday" and nothing. Tried to login to the members area and denied access. Apparently, Alex Becker can best be described as a "Con-Man" in the truest sense of the word. He seems to be a really knowledgeable person and goes the extra mile to help his customers. All of that is to just suck you in to buy an expensive product, then no support, promises within the product of what is going to be available and then nothing is ever supplied.
I personally am going to upload some videos explaining what a rip off he is. This guy brags about how much money he is making with his SEO services and other stuff. Apparently, he is not making that much with the services or he wouldn't hesitate refunding an unhappy customer. He DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY. Why else would someone risk his reputation when it is so important to his business.
STAY A FAR DISTANCE FROM THIS SLEEZE BAG.

Those guys are nothing but thieves. They will take your money, claim they offer 30 day refund and never honors it. Bunch of internet thieves in the truest form. Someone should do a class action suit on them. They need to be shut down.

      Just another update...

The "customer service" rep told me that he talked to both Alex Becker and Alex Cass.

I'm paraphrasing, but they pretty much said they believe in their product so much, that they were refusing a refund.

If I had any idea that they were involved with Frank Kern and the like, I would have thought twice before buying.

I should have known better when I watched the videos of him playing guitar and bragging about a beach lifestyle.

I have to admit, that stuff works. We all want to believe that it's really that easy.

I've bought multiple products from these guys. I can't believe they would rather keep a couple hundred bucks than preserve their reputation.

What irritates me more than them beating around the bush about a refund, is they blocked access to their product, even after it was "settled".

If you aren't going to issue a refund for it, why terminate access to what was paid for?

If this thread could get 1 person to not spend money with these guys, then my money was well spent.

Before spending your hard earned money, I hope many people search Alex Becker, Alex Cass, Source Wave Marketing, etc.

No worries on that score, thanks for outing these shysters
