I was about to buy it but I noticed the plugin was sold on jvzoo.com. This site foes not offer any support in case of problems. All we can do is contacting the vendors, but they don't seem to reply to emails. At least, they didn't reply to any of my emails.

I had found that two products I bought from different vendors on jvzoo were exactly the same, except in their presentation. When I downloaded them, it noticed it was a copy, what shocked me is that they wrote that copy or resale are forbidden!

Some Websites refer Jvzoo as a scam site. I sometimes buy products there, and the only problem is that, from my experience, you can't get in touch with the vendors... they never reply no matter how many mail you send.

I'd be glad to buy this products if some trustworthy warriors already tested it and found it worth having.

There were two vendors that didn't reply to my messages. I didn't say that all the vendors were swindlers, I just stated that, from my experience, none of them replied to me so far, but I am a happy buyer of Don's Wordpress PPC OTO who is a trustworthy vendor.

What I expected from JVzoo is to contact the vendors in case of issue. You can buy safely on Ebay, because you can open an issue on paypal when you have a problem. Also you can contact ebay staff that can contact the vendors.

But JVzoo can't be contacted. At least, their contact us form can't be used to report scams. On Evento Marketplace, or Ebay, you can report fraudulent vendors to protect other buyers, but not on JVzoo, that's why it might be not safe to buy on this platform because bad vendors aren't banned.

That's just my point of view, and I know there are some good vendors there, but unfortunately, it's not the case for every vendors. How can you buy from a platform where you're not sure to get assistance in case of dispute? I only buy on JVzoo when I'm sure I can get in touch with vendors such as Don. I will only buy from Warrior vendors promoting their products on Warrior Forum.

I often contact Paypal when I don't receive the goods, and get refunded within two weeks without problem. They just make sure the vendors are honest or not by waiting for his reply. They often notice the vendors doesn't reply to issue. But not every vendors are bad... it's just I hope JVzoo could add a button to report abuse... duplicate content etc...

  Man we work hard to please everyone and if you opened a support ticket the issue will be fixed.
  
  During the launch we had a small issue and over 200 buyers didn't had the option to download the plugin so we had to do manually.
  
  So if the issue was not fixed please have patience and you will get the product.

I jumped on this after trying numerous alternatives, all more expensive and more technical. Got access to the product within seconds after I bought, so not sure what the issue is there. Did you not get the confirmation email showing where to go?

I can say it works like a charm and I'm VERY happy to have grabbed this.

looks great
mouse clicks tracked scroll movement
I can understand how that can be recorded

But I am not confident in the heat maps for eve movement
there is no way a robot on a website can know where my eyes are pointing

they could assume where the may be looking and create a heat map of that
but accuracy has to be questionable

but all in all the other tracking features sold the product for me

Hi Cypherslock

I am not familiar with the other software you have mentioned (Crazy Egg, ClickTale, etc)

but unless the software can actually detect your eye and head movements the is no way of creating an accurate heat map

Sure an algorithm can be created to produce the heat-maps
But they can only be created based on assumptions

But do not get me wrong a good assumption is better than no idea at all

Also the scrolling and mouse movement are accurate

Good - no Great Plugin :rolleyes:

Hi Supasi,

I created this post because I bought the plugin yesterday and the plugin is great! The only doubt I had and that's why I created this post is about the eye tracking and heat map. Now, I'm confused.

You just linked to an article showing how useless the heat map from this plugin is? Yet, that is one of the big selling points.

Supasi, first off, look at the url: it's from the main site, nothing to do with Mbacchi, he's just bringing it to our attention. Secondly, the developer of the plugin (again not Mbacchi) set it on a dime sale, meaning every sale that happens, drives the price up by 10 cents. While I'm not in favor, that's the way it is. It started at 17$ for multi and is STILL a deal at $22. So give the OP a break yeah? And frankly $22 for what this does is incredible. And third, the OP was asking for reviews.

Well, I finally bought Viber spy pro and must admit I was quite impressed by its power. I thought it would slow down my blog, but it absolutely doesn't. Just hope it won't make conflict with other plugins... the heat map doesn't seem very accurate from what I've tried but the web page tracking is great!

Right, so by extension you're saying that services like CrazyEgg, ClickTale and Visual Website Optimizer (all monthly, all expensive) are also useless? It's worth it to me to see where they're clicking and have a movie of how they've used my site. And for $22? A guy on here comes out with something useful, supports it and doesn't disappear and people still jump on him. There's just no pleasing the WF sometimes.

Ok, since this is becoming sort of a review thread, here's my first honest review, point-style...

PROS:
1) It definitely looks GREAT! The admin is easy to understand. (looks like they used twitter bootstrap which looks very nice)
2) Settings to prevent your server (database) from crashing
3) Basic analytics per user (browser, os, etc.)
4) Shows you popular pages
Of course, points 3,4 will be anyway found in your analytics anyway...

CONS:
1) Errors! The heatmap or other maps when 'generated' are not showing the entire page. Either the 'map' shows just the above-the-fold content, or sometimes just a 32x32px map!??

2) There are like gazillion heatmaps after 2 days! I mean, isn't there supposed to be a: SINGLE heatmap? and a SINGLE scrollmap? Why are there bazillion maps?

Check these 2 image for the errors:

3) Needs a setting to remove/filter out the admin user from the analytics with a cookie or ip.

So anyway, great potential here, but the developer needs to clear some issues. I will take the above 2 issues to the developer asap and try to report back on the feedback.

We are building a review style website and we are looking for heatmaps which is based on A/B and multivariate test .

I want to have a different heatmap and scrollmap for each test and we don't want to have a URL split testing heatmap !

All tests being served from the same url

I wouldn't buy it, interestingly this plugin has been rebranded at least once, I bought it but the data is inaccurate and sometimes doesn't record at all, I would recommend inspectlet, it's a web based solution that does a better job IMO

They upgraded ViberSpy customers to the first version of the new system and unfortunately the login page seems to be non-functional at this time.

The original V1 login page is not resolving properly:

Our credentials (at least mine) do not work on the V2 login page here:

The password reset does not work for me either as it's not recognizing my purchase email address or my username.

I could be wrong but it looks like Marius Price does not have anything to do with V2 and he is the one that originally pushed Viber Spy, and he is the one that moved my original account to Heat Map Tracker.

So I guess it's time for me to contact Thompson and Callen to get things straightened out.

UPDATE --> I contacted support and less than 10 hours later I have received V2 login details and access to V2 of the plugin.

No complaints here as I now have access to Heat Map Tracker V2.
