Personal Message From Andrew Hansen On Making $ From Forever Affiliate
Below is what he wrote. And the reason I am sharing with you this is because the information he provides in this particular email could be useful and vital to those who still has not made any money despite trying all or most of what Andrew teaches.
Being a member of George Brown's Google Sniper as well, I have no issues about that since that already gave me experience on building niche sites and get ranked in Google. Hence I have been keeping very quiet and choose not to comment on Google Sniper thread since much of that what is said about the course has already been said.
Anyway, here is what he wrote:
Hey Amuro,
There are two kinds of emails that I've had frequently in the
past few weeks.
1. I've done X and X and X and X and I'm not making any(Note: It's completely possible no one actually used this
affiliate sales yet. What's WRONG?!?!
2. All this talk about Google's new Penguin update is giving
me diarrhea and I need it to stop. Please help!
phrasing.)
Allow me to address these two important issues one at a time
Quitting On The Finish Line
"Andrew - your method doesn't work!"
That's what a guy said to me.
He showed me his site, the niche he picked, all the great content,
the monetization, and even some of the backlinks he'd gotten.
"I did everything perfectly and I haven't made a sale!"
Meanwhile I looked on confused. Not confused about why
he hadn't made money. That was clear. But confused about his
thinking.
In an analogy, he had come to me, having just set up a
Subway franchise.
He'd bought the store, put up the menu, bought the ingredients,
hired the pimply 16 year olds to serve people.
He'd invested the time and invested the money.
Then he'd come to me and said
"Andrew, why isn't my Subway franchise making money??"
And I looked at him puzzled and said:
"Umm... did you open the doors yet?"
Him: "What?!"
You get where I'm going with this?
When you build affiliate sites you're starting a business.
And it has all the same parts as a regular business. Set up time,
some small costs, maybe even employees if you're outsourcing
straight away.
And then... MARKETING.
It takes time for people to know about your site, for it to settle
in the search engines, and for it to develop steady traffic and start
making sales.
How much time?
On the short end: 2 weeks. On the long end: 2 months. It all
depends on the niche you enter.
The point is. you don't quit on the finish line. You've done so
much work but there's more to be done! If you plan for your
income to always grow, there always is more work to be done.
You wouldn't believe how many times during the Forever Affiliate
Coaching Program, I had people come to me and say:
"Andrew I'm working so hard, but I'm not seeing results!"
My reply is always:
"You're not "not seeing results". You just "haven't seen results yet"."
Don't quit when "it hasn't worked yet"!
With my cajoling, they stuck at it and two weeks later, they had
their first sales on the new site, and everything changed.
This happened over and over again. That's the way it works.
But let me let you off the hook here. It's a little bit my fault too.
Mine and everyone else who's ever sold a product on how they
make money on the internet.
When I tell you about a product like Forever Affiliate, I tell you
about people who did really well following my method. I show the
testimonials, I give you the case studies.
I want you to know those results. You HAVE to know those results.
That is what's possible with the stuff I teach!
But sometimes, we take that as "normal" and decide that we have
failed if we don't get the exact results as the guy on the sales letter.
That's a mistake.
That guy did do well, yes. But he might be a different guy/gal to you.
He might have had more time available, he might have picked a better
niche the first time, maybe he had a tiny bit more money to invest. And
there are other factors too.
(Wow, we're getting deep here. When was the last time someone talked
about THIS stuff with you)
Bottom line: I told people all through our coaching program that there is
no "normal" in this business.
There is no standard. You set your own pace. You make your own rules
of what "success" looks like and you let those be your guide.
Some of you will make money in two weeks, others will take many months,
even years before it all "clicks".
When you've finally "made it", whatever time it took will seem insignificant
because the rewards are infitely greater than your struggle. And there
will be more time after, basquing in the light of of your success, than there
was that came before.
Remember that

Worried About Penguin 2.0
Ok, let me end on a more sober note.
Do we need to worry about Penguin 2.0
In short: not a bit.
First, it's an update targeting:
Low quality content
Low quality sites
Low quality, manipulative incoming links
WHAT A SURPRISE!! I'VE TOTALLY NEVER HEARD OF GOOGLE
DOING SOMETHING OUTLANDISH AND CRAZY LIKE THIS! WHAT
IS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD!
...
No.
If you're following the Forever Affiliate model, we don't make low
quality content or build low quality links. We needn't worry.
We will keep watch to see what the real resuts of the update are
and see if there is anything in the change that we can take advantage
of to improve our systems, but for now, it's all talk and hype.
Let the dust settle and we can discuss this more in the coming months
when the real implications are clear.
All better?
That's all out of me today.
Keep working hard and I'll be in touch again soon.

Of all the followup emails I received from marketers after buying their courses, this is certainly by far the best ever email I received.
Unlike those marketers who kept emailing you to buy more stuff even after signing for their courses, Andrew really cares about his customers and students even if they complained and blamed him about not making money.
