Hey all, can anyone vouch for a good membership script?, Where to find a good one?

    How about a membership script that does this ...

    * Create sub-domain sites on the fly (create a different product for each site)
    * Full members area with downloads of only the products purchased
    - Downloads are not only protected but also master file is never seen
    * Each sub-domain has its own products sales pages and registration
    * Admin can edit and change each site from admin (admin controls)
    * Main site has links to each sub-domain with dscriptions
    * Main site has terms, privacy all edited and controled from admin
    * Main has support form for non-members
    * Main has admin news and updated blog
    * Main shows testiomials from members
    * Main can show ads if you wish
    * Members area has full affiliate system built in
    * Members has affiliate promotion area
    * Members has full support ticket system
    * Members has stats for affiliate earnings
    * Members has full download area for products purchased
    * Member has member personal pages
    * Members can submit testimonial direct from members area
    * Admin has full user management of all users
    * Admin has ability to edit pages from admin
    * Admin has ability to setup sub-admin access
    * Admin has ability to post on news / updates blog
    * Admin has mass email system built in (no need for aweber)
    * Admin has full control over Opt-In Users

    Plus many more options .. All custom coded .. Cheaper than Amember...

    How would that strike your interest ??

        That is what I am fixing to release ... But I sure do not want to be accused of self promotion so the OP asked and I answered, interested let me know..

        The site offers a great deal more than what I listed here..

        Main features though:

        * Mass email - no aweber needed
        * full support tickets - no 2ndary script or free hosting script needed
        * Create sites on the fly - no ftp or design software needed
        * Afiliate System - no need to join any network as a merchant

      It was only a matter of time before all the Wishlist fanboys and fangirls get here to tell you how freaking awesome that software is for building a membership site.

          yep -- you can drip content, set up multiple levels and deliver content sequentially or whatever.

            I am referring to the forum plugin that you recommend on your site. Is it protected by the wishlist plugin? TIA.

              got it. Yep -- Simplepress sits behind the Wishlist login, so the public can't get to it (unless you want them to. In that case, you just wouldn't protect the page that its installed on). In fact, it integrates completely, so the usernames stay the same and no one has to re-log on (that happened with some other forums I looked at). really slick and easy.

    I love aMember pro for its simplicity.

    BUT

    I'll be on a look for TheRichJerksNet's script when it comes out...

    If it could have something to manage affiliates... then it would be even better!

    Tom, one of the cool features of the SimplePress plug-in is that you can create a post in WordPress and at the same exact time create a new topic in the forum based on the post (one little check box does this). You can also display a WordPress widget that shows the latest topics in the forum. You can protect all of this behind WishList Member, but have little teasers that help to create upgrades etc...
