Can't seem to find anything on this forum regarding Nicheology. Anyone here a member or had experience with it?

    Hey Kyle thanks for the heads-up on Deb. Got her taken care of. Checked all support tickets, but there wasn't one on any date.

    I know a lot of folks don't like ticket systems, but they are so much more reliable than email.

        How do you handle the autoresponders? I don't think they are provided, like in Opportunity.com where you get 30 days worth.

        What about landing pages (squeeze pages) and special reports to get them to opt in?

        I know that all of these programs have their own special features but the more that can get done for me, the better. Only because of time constraints and learning curves.

          I had trouble cancelling my account a few months ago. I couldn't get to a live person and I thought their customer service system was horrible. Finally got things resolved though after numerous emails.

            Same here! Took the $1 trial canceled and fortunately took screenshots of my cancellation request as the support tickets were deleted!

            I have had to do 2 credit cards chargebacks with my bank already! Yesterday i get another receipt to say the payment has been taken.

            I sent you an email personally Paul yesterday to the earthlink email stated on the receipt I was emailed.

            I have support ticket numbers and screen shots as I said!

            I will be doing a third chargeback tomorrow if I don't get this sorted!

            I don't have PM on here yet so please find that email on your earthlink account. It's titled "why are you still carging me after 2 chargebacks"!

                i think this program has been around for a very long time - i tried the trial a year or two ago and there was a lot of good content, just did not devote the time needed for this type of program. not sure i would conclude it is a bad program based on a post about support ticket delays.
