Did anyone try it?
I'm under the impression that Auto Blogging is a bad idea.
Anyone has any input on this?

Thanks.

Purchased Covert Store Builder and OTO 1.
There are 2 more "Upsells", that are Not needed to operate the
program itself. So I did not purchase those.
When I have a chance to get it going, I will leave a
    review.

One thing that is noticeable is that it shows the Amazon products price.
Now, if this does not update to reflect the current price of products, then you are in trouble for violating their TOS.

that's what I'm worried about. Can the prices be omitted?

Hey guys I wanted to come in input some info into this discussion - hopefully answer some of the questions.

At this stage we have it so that it doesn't auto update because basically, to dynamically update products like that, you wouldn't be able to have it on shared hosting - like the majority of our buyers use. But some of the Amazon TOS are just ridiculous. For example:

You will not, without our express prior written approval, use any Product Advertising Content on or in connection with any site or application designed or intended for use with a mobile phone or other handheld device

So - if you were to follow all of the TOS, this would mean that you cannot have your site look ok on mobile devices either?!? Yet people are begging us to make it more and more mobile compatible (which we do as far as we are able)

We walk a fine line... but dynamically updating was something we decided not to do due to hosting restrictions as well as the fact that the prices are rarely changing too, so we have chosen to not go with dynamically updating details. As technology changes, this might also change though. John, or programmer is always looking for new ways to do things, so future updates may include dynamic updating.

It is, however, something we are keeping an eye on - because our customer happiness is paramount, or course! But to me, it feels a bit like people are picking and choosing which TOS they want to pay more attention to than others

Interesting! I hadn't seen Webicator Theme - Wordpress Template before! Yes, we did see ThisIsWhyImBroke.com :: The Internet's Mall and the fact that it was super successful and ran on wordpress was a bonus. We made ours a TON better than what TIWIB and webicator are doing. AND yes, it's cheaper (at the moment).

Some of the features that put our theme lightyears ahead of the webicator are doing.
          • Wish List Function (Visitors are prompted to register and then given a link that they can share via FB, Twitter etc)
          • New Members Automatically added to your chosen integrated Autoresponder
          • Self Optimizing Function (The theme tracks displays and clicks and prioritizes display so that you make more cash)
          • Facebook Comments Integration (without the techie stuff, just activate the dropdown box in admin and it's live) - oh and it also posts comments FROM facebook back to your blog too
          • Loads of other Social Sharing Abilities and heaps more stuff too

To be honest, this thread looks like a 'bash the product' thread - but, hey - we have worked our tails off to make this THE BEST ecommerce wordpress theme out there and are really proud of our work - as are our many customers too.

          Which is just REALLY sweet!!

I hope you guys will give it a go and let me know how it goes if you do

            - Cindy
It's not meant as a bash the product thread, but a warning that you could risk having your account closed if the prices on your site differs from those on Amazon. Here's what the TOS and Operating agreement says:

            ----

You must not make inaccurate, overbroad, deceptive or otherwise misleading claims about any Product, the Amazon Site, or any of our policies, promotions or prices.

            ----

Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because prices for and availability of Products that you have listed on your site may change, your site may only show prices and availability if: (a) we serve the link in which that price and availability data are displayed; or (b) you obtain Product pricing and availability data via the Product Advertising API and you comply with the requirements set forth in the License Agreement that are applicable to that data. In addition, if you choose to display prices for any Product on your site in any "comparison" format (including through the use of any price-comparison tool or engine) together with prices for the same or similar products offered through any web site or other means other than the Amazon Site, you must display both the lowest "new" price and, if we provide it to you, the lowest "used" price at which the Product is available on the Amazon Site. You may not otherwise include price information on your site.

            ----

            (o) You will include a date/time stamp adjacent to your display of pricing or availability information on your application if you obtain Product Advertising Content from a Data Feed, or if you call the Product Advertising API or refresh the Product Advertising Content displayed on your application less frequently than hourly. However, during the same day on which you requested and refreshed the pricing and availability information displayed on your application, you may omit the date portion of the stamp. Examples of acceptable messaging include:

            Amazon.com Price: $32.77 (as of 01/07/2008 14:11 PST - Details)
Amazon.com Price: $32.77 (as of 14:11 PST - More info)

Additionally, you must either include the following disclaimer adjacent to the pricing or availability information or provide it via a hyperlink, popup box, scripted popup, or other similar method: "Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on [relevant Amazon Site(s), as applicable] at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product." In the above examples, "Details" and "More info" would provide a method for the end user to read the disclaimer.

I've purchased a few of your products previously and haven't got any gripes. But there seems to be a little gray area here that a customer complaint could trigger a manual review and if the price on the site differs from Amazon's it places your Amazon account at risk. Adsense closed my account for whatever reason a while back, I don't really like clickbank or CPA so there's not to much left

Did you contact Amazon? If it's okay by them I'd jump on it in a second, but I'd need a definite yes or no from them.

Can it be setup by creating a standalone site using wordpress.Org ?
Pretty sure you setup your own sites on your own domains using this WP theme. You wouldn't use this at the WP sites.

    Cindy,
You come here and tell us that you are violating Amazon TOS with this product, and then turn around and accuse us of bashing the product?

You just bashed your own product by clearly admitting to violating Amazon's terms of service because "people are begging you"?

    Give me a break.

I filled in my affiliate ID but I do not know about my API Access Key ID and API Secret Access Key. It was the first time I had red about it. I tried to follow directions but I did not find them simple. Does anyone have the same problem or solution to my problem?

I bought this theme and installed it. So far, everything has worked like a charm and the documentation is excellent. I was looking forward to using some of the powerful viral features...

BUT... the pricing issue is a real problem. On my store, it is displaying the list price of an item, which is very different from the actual selling price on Amazon (e.g. one product has a list price of $600 but sells on Amazon for $99). Displaying list prices will chase away any potential buyers, so I am changing them manually. But either way is not compliant with Amazon rules, which, as stated above requires any pricing to be provided directly by Amazon, along with a disclaimer about when it was updated.

Cindy, I'm sorry, this is not a minor technicality. Displaying accurate and compliant pricing should be a basic requirement of any Amazon theme. I am sure you've seen other Amazon themes and plugins that handle this. So the obvious question is: Why doesn't yours?

I was really excited by the potential of this theme, but I cannot use it or promote it until the pricing issue has been resolved. So I do hope you address this ASAP.

    Thanks,
    Gene

      Hi Gene,
      Thanks for your input.
The programmer of this software should have given users the option to show or not show the price.

I've seen and worked with a software that gives you the option to display or hide any Amazon Product price that you want to put on your site.

I bought it and did not buy the upsell because I don't want automation.

        2 things:

        1. I too need to know if the pricing issue will be fixed. I really like the product overall quite a bit, but accurate and updated pricing is a must!!!!!!!!!!!

Please tell us this will be fixed and when it will be fixed?

        2. You already had an update to the theme, but how do I get that?
I was working on the site today and there is no notification on the site and no button to click to upgrade.

What do we do to up grade?

        Thank you, Patrick

Here is a list of the updates to CSB:

New Features & Fixes In Version 1.1
          • Added theme option to remove prices from front page, category pages and single post
          • Changed theme to import the current (offer) price from Amazon. If no offer price is found, list price will still be used
          • Fixed issue with Amazon prices sometimes being imported as $0.00 (mostly from 3rd party stores)
          • Added input box for easily adding any text or HTML you want to your front page (below the page numbers).
          • Fixed error messages to be more informative when a search returns no products
          • Added theme option for selecting font color of links in the footer
          • Fixed issue with drop down category menu not working on some mobile platforms
          • Added option to import posts to multiple categories from the "Search for Products" page.
          • Fixed issue with post title overflowing in the Featured Posts Rotator on some browsers
          • Added option to limit product search to a list of Commission Junction advertiser IDs
Looks like the pricing issue was fixed if I'm reading this correctly.

I'm not new, or unreasonably slow, but how do we upgrade?

I'm not so sure, a reply from Cindy to clarify this would be nice. It wasn't a problem with the current price when posted, but any changes that Amazon and 3rd party merchants makes after the post is made like maybe several months down the road, if the theme doesn't automatically update the prices there COULD be a problem - the price listed on your site will differ from Amazon.

Saying that the price can be omitted is a workaround though as you can leave out the price and use the links that Amazon generates.

On another note I tried posing the pricing question to Amazon, went something like this:

If I posted the price with a timestamp and several years down the road a potential customer clicks my $27 link, but when they reach Amazon the price is $49 will this put my account at risk. Can you clarify because I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly (short version).

            ---

Amazon's response: We do appreciate your concerns regarding our Operating Agreement. As your question is not directly mentioned in the Operating Agreement, we are unable to provide you with specific advice in response to your question about adding prices. I would suggest contacting a legal professional for assistance in answering your question.

            ----

Go figure, they can't even understand their operating agreement. On one hand it's not okay to have incorrect prices, yes it's okay if you use a timestamp - but seek legal counsel. I guess they're covered either way if they decide to close your account. If a customer complains to Amazon...who knows?

I think you haven't understood the problem. There were (at least) three issues:

              1. The theme was displaying the list price, rather than the current selling price on Amazon, so yes, many of the current prices were incorrect. This seems to have been corrected in the new update.

              2. The Amazon operating agreement requires that if you display ANY pricing information, it must either come from Amazon's links serving the data (in which case it doesn't fit the format of the theme's home page), or from Amazon's API feed, in which case there must be a disclaimer which includes information about when the data was obtained. This is not currently being done, so sites built with the theme are not in compliance unless they leave out the pricing information altogether.

              3. Even if the disclaimer were included, the issue remains about whether the prices will ever be automatically updated, since they do change over time on Amazon. This is not required for compliance (as long as the disclaimer and timestamp are there) but would make for a better user experience. A theme like this that wants to claim it is the ultimate solution for building Amazon stores should have the ability to update pricing on a regular basis.

It seems as if #1 has been corrected. #2 is still a requirement, and #3 would be great to have.

1 - I was unaware of the list pricing as the question I asked Covert Store Builder support (about the automatic updating) 2&3 needed to be corrected before purchasing.

2 - Yeah that's why I mentioned eliminating the pricing (using the theme) and in place using Amazon's generated links would be a work around.

3 - That's why I asked Amazon's support if the price listed on my site (with time stamp) would be in compliance with the operating agreement even if the price on my site differed from Amazon's price. $27 vs $49 several months or years later).

But according to Amazon I should seek legal help (go figure).

So the theme will work, but the prices needs to use the links generated by Amazon.

Do he links generated by Amazon have the prices? Haven't used them in so long I don't remember. And yes I do use automatic updating plugins on shared hosting (#6).

That makes sense...If you hadn't purchased the theme yet, you wouldn't have encountered the "list price" issue.

You could select the option to eliminate the pricing and use Amazon links (I think the text and image links do have pricing), but I think that makes the site look lame. Especially since your home page grid wouldn't have any pricing... and that would just annoy people.

But now I am wondering if I can just use one of the Amazon plugins, like Goliath, to upload products and pricing, while using the design and viral features of this theme.

As for your question to Amazon support, I think the answer is yes, it would be in compliance with the timestamp, but it would reflect poorly on your site.

Yeah, kinda like car ads with their "bait and switch". Amazon's response makes it sound "iffy", but yeah it seems like it complies.

As for using another plugin with the theme I think you can (I wish I thought of/remembered that earlier), that's what I'm doing with WP-Robot and Kezz's theme.

Hey guys! There are a lot of discussions going on here and a few support issues. Let me have a go at answering things.

1 - If you have any actual support issues, i.e. you have gone through the tutorial videos and can't work out how to so something, or you find some problem on your blog, then please use our desk here: Helpdesk : IM Wealth Builders Ltd.

I can come bk here occasionally, but I can't really provide decent support here - and sometimes forget to visit, so it will be a lot faster to use the desk and you will get your questions answered by people who know how the techie side of things all fits together better than me.

2 - Regarding the Amazon pricing issues, we have fixed a couple of them in the first update which was released last night - and yes, I can confirm that we are working on a fix for the dynamically updating prices and it should be available in our next update. I can't give you a time frame on that - but it won't be long.

                    Hope that helps!

Have a fun and profitable day!!!

                    - Cindy

Well, here's what I can tell you. I really like it.

The issues are being fixed. There are pretty much always bugs when a new product launches, but they are fixing them quickly.

I don't use the upsell auto feature as autoblogging got me spanked by Google a few years ago.

I just put maybe 1,000 products in draft and then come back and publish 3-10 per day at all different hours.

      I hope that helps, Patrick

Just visited your site and I like it - but - I cringed at first when I saw the pink background. My humble advise would be to change the colour. Pink is more for ladies cosmetics and weddings etc. I would go for a pastel blue or green. No offense intended, just my half-penny's worth.

I think they are relaunching it at a higher price... as they said they would.

As an early purchaser with some misgivings, I am happy to report that V1.2 fixed my concerns. I have been very pleased with how responsive the owners have been in updating the theme and fixing issues as they come up. The support has been excellent, and they really are thorough in documenting the changes and showing you what you need to do to upgrade.

In short, I am very happy with it, and looking forward to further enhancements.

A couple of suggestions for those... It would nice to have the theme pull more than just one image for a product, although if the strategy is to encourage click-through to Amazon, maybe that isn't necessary. Also, I prefer the format of Amazon reviews, with star ratings, etc. rather than just dumping the info into the comments section of a post. And it would be nice if we could automatically filter out the really bad reviews

They suggested that I try Wangguard as well. I downloaded it and tried it but it does not catch the spam registration. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be accepting that there is a problem with their registration form. I feel if as many users as possible can raise it as a support issue, it will force them to do something about it. It is sort of annoying and a bit of a let down when products are released and not updated based on user feedback.

It's been a few weeks since the last update, hopefully they are working on a fix. I'm staying positive on the product and the team behind it for now. It would be great if they stopped by the forum and left some comments about what improvements are coming for the theme.

I have been using the Covert Store Builder for a month and have been very happy with it. However, I am not using the feature that imports content from Amazon or any of the other affiliate networks. I chose this theme mainly for the design layout and the functionality on the user's end. I write my own content and it works great.

The only two requests I have made to the developers is to add an infinite scrolling feature to the homepage and a captcha for new member signups. I haven't had any success implementing these features with plugins.

I know that CovertStoreBuilder is an affiliate theme. However, I'd like to know if it's possible to use this theme as a pure play ecommerce site by adding getshopped.org ecommerce plugin.

In other words, have product details pull from getshopped catalog and not from Amazon. Can I do this? Would I need customization to get this to work or just use getshopped plugin?

My site has only been up for about a month and has just over 20 products posted to date. So far, I receive about 10-15 unique visits a day, mostly from organic search. Have you considered adding some unique content?

Clearly, Google has no interest in a site that is exactly the same as a bunch of other sites. So add some value to yours. Write some blog posts, reviews or articles about the products for sale.

If you are going to be relying on search engine traffic then you need to build a site that is appealing to search engines; a store with scraped content from Amazon isn't going to be enough.

I had a reply from support which says this about thin content:

"the way around that (as we also recommend in guides and tutorials) would be to add content posts and/or rewrite and add the imported product listings"

Not sure what "content posts" means. Does this mean articles?

I have the Covert store Content plugin. Isn't that the imported product listing?

They also tell me that Akismet will stop 99% of Spam and I should activate it! Well, of course I have it activated already but it does not stop spam registrations.

I have installed Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin and that has done the trick.

This thread is very helpful. I appreciate the suggestions to add StopSpammers, done. I discovered WP-Insert because of this thread, thank you. I'm now more aware of the limitations of Covert Store Builder.

Are there any suggestions for solutions to the product selection problem in which CSB finds only limited selections or makes search clunky and tedious?

Are there complementary products available to build an Amazon Affiliates site? Are there alternative strategies to consider?

And how about the question that matters, is anybody making money because of Covert Store Builder, other than IM?

And after reading nearly all of the posts here, I would like to know from the people who bought "Covert Store Builder", did anyone of you make any money from your stores?

So far, from reading the comments here, something keeps telling me to stay away from this product.

Therefore, would appreciate if anyone would answer my question.

    Hi Everyone

Here is my actual result of just 1 Covert Store Builder site :

Over the time span of about 3 months, I have earned $130 from just 1 site featuring about 15 products (I also put in relevant 1 or 2 Clickbank ads but I avoid putting Adsense altogether cause I heard a lot of horror stories of people got their Adsense accounts banned for autoblogging so that's why I wouldn't want to take the risk, but I am sure there are certain people may disagree with this but it is a personal choice that I made). Basically an average of $43 per month ... well I think it is not too bad ...

What I did for this site is I put in the relevant keywords or product titles (if I know the exact products from amazon) and let the theme pull the content. Someone pointed that there is a need to tidy up and yes I did spend some time to do some texts tidy-up too and rewriting some part of the contents. The pulling of content is a breeze to me but being a perfectionist me, it is the tidying and rewriting that takes alot of time. And yes I do receive a fair share of spam comments ... but I guess nothing can be stopped, I just learnt to ignore them as long as I don't approve these comments (which you can set them in the Wordpress setting). I actually like the look of the CSB theme in the homepage but I didn't like the loading speed when someone clicks to read the product post (not sure if anyone has this experience though).

Some people pointed about price issues, I resolved this problem by hiding the prices long ago but I made sure that I do not cloak my affliate links ... in my humble opinion, if the price isn't shown and people interested in the product, if they find it is amazon link, they will feel safe and free to click (they may or may not buy, but at least they do click cause my free Statcounter plugin show they did click quite a few of my affiliate links) ... I also do away with the "Add to cart" in the homepage and product posts.

So will I be creating a 2nd CSB site, only when I really have the time, I will do so.

    Regards

        Hi JerryGP

I had done very minimum and simple backlinking for the site as it was my 1st CSB site and I didn't know what to expect and thus I am rather reluctant to spend too much time on backlinking efforts. Also partly I am quite weary about doing it due to my past experience being too ardent and then all backlinking efforts went to drain when the G. animals are unleashed onto my sites (even though I enjoyed a happy short-term 1st page ranking back then).

Now I used simple free indexing-backlinking like Pingomatic, IndexKings, Pingler, they give backlinks and at the same time give me some traffic.
I also submit my site url to bing url submission a few times and I do get some Bing visitors. Also bought a few fiverr gigs to create my site awareness. Also create videos though time consuming as there are a few segment process to go through and then finally upload to a few video sites. Also create web2.0 properties like blogspot, wordpress, tumblr, etc.

I know all these sound a lot of hard work and time spent which is true but it does work if one willing to spend time and effort with it. Really hope someone here can advise a better way of doing traffic generation and I am all-ears .

        Regards

I bought the product and the oto. I am not having any major problems getting it to work but I am not thrilled with it.

My main frustration is that my covert store builder site looks horrible on mobile devices. ALL the features of the theme are stripped out. I am left with an ugly mess that could not possibly, under any circumstances, ever lead to any sales.

Does anyone know of any kind of solution to this problem? Does anyone know of any plugins that will help? I have tried many and they do not help at all.

I feel that the lack of responsiveness of the theme would be a deal breaker for me if I was looking to purchase the theme now.

Here is my site if you want to look at it: Liquid Vitamin Mineral Supplements

It doesn't look all that bad unless you use a mobile device in which case it looks dreadful.

    I see what you mean.
Comparing what I've been experimenting with to yours, I would rather have what I've done which is based on the 2012 Theme that comes free with WordPress.

Here is my site: BestCordlessDrillReviews.org | Performance ... Durability ... Exceptional Ergonomics
Admittedly, the layout is not the best in the world, but at least I did not pay anything for the theme and it looks good on my cell phone.
I'm looking for a better plugin at the moment that will give me a better product layout.

Bought CSB a while ago and built out a few sites however, while they did get indexed on checking they are well down the rankings, amazon comes up first I find closely followed by ebay..

So, what I've done and am doing is to move the files to a new location such as:
domain/shop and then link from a standard blog with content such as, video, articles and place buttons to shop..

Otherwise, I like the speed at which you can populate your blog with the theme also, after reading this great thread, will be looking closely at the pricing issues..

I also am building some sites in other languages for fun, one I built a .de and used CSB theme got sales within hours but, fell flat just after..I guess the G spotted it as an exact match domain and zapped my arse to hyperspace

just got noticed of a "re-opening" of CSB...at it's original "pre-launch price" with a bunch of bonuses--and the plugin as a OTO ($37 worth). it's a three day launch and one of those bonuses is AmaTheme (why another theme, i don't know)

sure hope the price issue has been fixed--no bonus is gonna make up for that. i suspect they took it off the market to re-vamp it given all the issues laid out in this thread.

thanks, btw, to ALL WARRIORS who offered tweaks, plugin suggestions, earnings testimonials and other helpful hints to make the Store Builder workable and worthwhile to those that bought....

looking forward to the updated reviews....

It depends on what you are trying to do..CSB is for affiliate marketing of Amazon and Ebay..ecommerce store would imply you are selling your own products..there is a wp estore plugin for $49 here

Not an affiliate link by the way..the plugin is very good for digital products as it has a built in secure delivery system.

The pricing thing bugs me constantly. The price on my site is right, but it doesn't typically match the main Amazon price. It seems to pick a used price, or other such option. For example, a compact disc on my site is showing $30.99. When I click through to Amazon, the same disc is listed at $50.44, while that $30.99 is tucked away in a little side box, under other formats, vinyl.

To be fair, I haven't promoted the sites at all. They've all got corresponding Facebook pages, but that's it. I have spent a fair amount of time optimizing the pages with Yoast though, and still don't have any traffic.

Amazon have never said a bad word one to me about the sites, so the Covert Store Builder alone isn't why people are getting declined or kicked. I know they've seen my site, we had a discussion over a lost sale, and they reviewed the conversation in my comments (FYI - User had comment responses emailed to him, which made his Amazon click-through invalid - lost commission on a $1000 laptop sale - don't allow users to email posts to themselves).

If promoted, will the sites work? We're going to find that out soon, as the months spent building them weren't just to make $50. I have a plan, hope the software is good enough to run with it.
Hi, the pricing you see is actually the minimum price for that particular product on Amazon. You can find the same product from different sellers going for higher prices.

When you click on your buy button, be sure to look for XXX new from $$$

See image attached for more clarification

Hello, just clicked on some of the products in Cool Hunting and Solar Lanterns (thanks guys for giving us links to see how the program works, much appreciated). The product price listed on the sites are significantly lower than Amazon's current price.

Any idea of the legal issues with the price difference?
Because the affiliate is advertising at a lower price are they obligated to honor that price?
Is this a "bait and switch" issue?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

I suspect what you're seeing is that the API is picking the lowest price for the product among several buying choices on Amazon. It's confusing, but you can actually buy the product at that price if you select one of the other "buying choices" that Amazon gives you.

In other words, it's not a mistake.

      no sales...

I hope there will be a free upgrade..perhaps add in reviews...and video..

I saw other auto blog theme now seem more better than convert store builder..as they have reviews...and able to auto add in video review..

It's amazing to see that after nearly a year of starting this thread, people are still coming and voicing their opinions about "Covert Store Builder".

Seeing that I'm the one who started this thread, I thought that I'd come here and voice my opinion as well.

Now, just to let everyone know, I never did purchase "Covert Store Builder" seeing that I was not convinced that it is the right thing for me to build Amazon stores.

I ended up getting "WP Amazillionaire".
In my opinion, this is an excellent theme for building an Amazon store.
It really is so good that I ended up building 23 different stores using this theme.

Here is just one of them:

    Best Cordless Drill Reviews

Now, there is more to this story than just the "WP Amazillionaire".
But before I get there, let mention here that this theme is also mobile responsive.

Go ahead and open the example site above in your tablet or smart phone and see for yourself.

If you are looking for a theme to build your Amazon store with, then I would recommend "WP Amazillionaire".

Do a search for "Amazillionaire" on the forum, I think that there is a WSO still running for this theme.

By the way, Kezz, the developer of this theme, provides first class support and really gets out of her way to help her customers.

Now, if you want to totally automate this process with "WP Amazillionaire", then you will need a couple more plugins.

One of them is "WP ZON Builder".
This plugin really helps in automating how and when to post the products that you want to feature on your site.

The most important factor of all is which products to target and how and what to search for.

The best tool for this in my opinion is "Market Samurai".

I hope that the above is of help to someone.

    Hey there,

I'm pretty much happy with WP Zon builder which is semi-auto store builder, shipped with a licensed & tweaked gazette theme.

Price is automatically synced and you can choose when to pull the price data from amazon. I didn't expect to hit Google first page with my chosen keyword but it settled at first page since last year.

I haven't build any back links yet and I'm sure that this is the right time to take #1 since my website is nearly 1 years old without any SEO works. This is the process I've been through to build my woodworkers warehouse dot com.

I didn't use factory theme but built my own theme with headyway frameworks.

    1. Go to the amazon
    2. Search related terms with woodworking
    3. filter items only shown with 5 stars
    4. filter items with full of reviews
    5. Push the ASIN finder script and paste it into the zon builder
    6. In Wordpress set category name as my chosen niche
    7. upload ( Push button easy with some tweaks )
    - You can set date ranges of each posts like (-20 ~ 4 weeks ). kinda fake but...
    - When you hit the upload button, it will populate allinoneseopack with some relevant texts.
    8. This is what I been through for my site.

    * Conversion rate? Not much since I didn't optimize this site for super conversion but it's time push this site to a next level. Site been preserved quite a long time.

You can find plenty of positive & negative reviews about this plug in but I'm happy with it and I'm sure you will find some useful features from it.

    * PS : You should avoid over posting. eg. more than 50 auto posts a day. One of my friends banned from Amazon with this site ( he dumped 900 post in single day )

** PPS : I should check the "covert store builder", any demo version for warriors?

Just keeping my end of the bargain that I made with Covert Store Builder to come and review this theme of theirs.

From having read through this entire thread, it would seem.. nothing has changed since the first version of this theme came out.

I've had my copy for about 6 months now, have written countless emails to support for feature updates and bugs, such as:

Searching for products from amazon without using ASIN!
At times, simply typing the title of the product produces ZERO results, and you have to play around with your titling to get the product you want to show.

The amazon - blog price synching's a joke.. it never updates.
Theme options disappear within your dashboard, only to be replaced by affiliate products being promoted within your wordpress dash.

The amazon affiliate link this theme creates is super SUSPECT.. the amazon affiliate link is simple, a set of characters etc followed by a "-" then 20.
According to this theme, your affiliate link has 3D then your affiliate link, followed by more characters etc.
    Which begs the question. WHY?

Support is prompt to respond with no help, simply asking you to do something else and hope that works!

In short, and my advice, Buyer BEWARE!

You Rainmak3r appear to have set yourself up as the ultimate reviewer here. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if your a competitor of the product.

For what it costs and for what it does is good value, you can build and fill an azon store in a matter of minutes, you have the option to schedule or post all at once and a similar theme would cost a hell of a lot more.

If you are worried about G then simply put a blog in front of your store simple.

The fact it works and keeps working is a bonus as plenty of stuff you buy these days very soon stops working..

I have several sites built with CSB that have been operating successfully for over a year. I send traffic to them and they convert well. I earn $200 or so monthly from a few sites. But I don't use it anymore for new sites. WooCommerce combined with an Amazon plugin like Prosociate and a premium theme can create much nicer looking stores.
