I'd like to give credit where it's due. This is a url shortening service I've had the privilege to review. I don't know the OP very well, but he's been very responsive to suggestions and it's gotten better.
The service allows you to shorten urls of course, and what's a great addition is that you can split test four urls. So if you have landing pages you want to test you can do so. You could test have one link at 100%, or four links 25%|25%|25%|25% so you can share the clicks (I've had the pages show inconsistently, like url1, url1, url2, url3, url1 - but it's okay
).
