Does anyone have any information about a company called Webseeds.com?

I was looking at a ClickBank product to promote and saw a note that said:
Powered By Webseeds.com - *Proven Products*- Join WebSeeds.com Today! 100% Commissions + Rewards $$$ Professional Copy & Design $$$ Premium Customer Support, Low Returns. Complete Affiliate Tools: www.WebSeeds.com/aff.
According to their site they promote specific products that meet their standards and the products give 75% commission through CB and webseeds gives you 25% commission so you get 100% commission. Plus they give out prizes and it's free to sign up.

So my "This is too good to be true" alarm is going off. How can they afford to do this? How do they make money? Does anyone know if this is legit?

A Yahoo link search shows zero inbound links to webseeds.com. I think there is not enough information here to make a judgment. It might be good to have a "wait and see" approach rather than jumping right in.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

They've been around for two years and are a CB premier member but no one seems to have heard of them. I've searched other forums and couldn't find a single post about them. Hopefully someone here can shed some light.

I noticed the site in a clickbank product description also and I couldn't find any info on them, and their site seems very vague regarding anything about themselves. But there is one thing I did notice that made me not want to have any part with them.

      Read their disclaimer.

The first thing you will see is "WebSeeds.com does not warrant that the information on this website is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading."

That's kinda like someone admitting their lying to you.

Webseeds Has been featured in the clickbank newsletter.. I think I have it lying around here somewhere. I'll post it if I can find it. They're pretty legit, anyone that went to affiliate east and got a flyer from the clickbank booth knows this too. They're products convert well too.

Hi, I joined Webseeds - mainly out of curiosity and it was free. When I went into their market place, they only have 7 products on offer - 1 was the make your own solar panels book, 2 were on getting rid of candida (thrush), another was how to get your ex back..... not sure that I would be comfortable trying to sell any of these or that the market could really be that huge! The announcement page showed a welcome note from Feb 2008, the Training Centre was "coming soon", in the Community page all of the posts that I looked at were all trying to sell something, there was nothing under the blog tab and the only way to contact them appears to be by filling in a form - no address or phone number that I could find. Glad I didn't pay for the priviledge!
