Best way to accept recurring payments?

Hello,

I am familiar with clickbank and 1sc but haven't set up a shop in a few years so I'm hoping for some new insight.

Our product will be subscription model. Of course I'm looking for low fees to keep as much as possible

Attracting affiliates is nice, but not essential to the product.

Any thoughts?

    Most credit card gateways have them, there are also PayPal billing agreements which can be set up with a single button and IPN posts based on recurring approval/failures can trigger events on your own server.

    My personal favorite is to actually NOT use any Gateway-based subscription models and script out the rebilling myself, just in case pricing ever changes or you want to credit the user for a month.
