my squidoo lens what happened?

a few days ago my lens was on top of the search engines now its nowhere to be found anybody know what happened?

Also is it a good idea to have squidoo lenses as "money pages"

    well squidoo lenses USED to be a good ranking landing pages.but not anymore...you have to do a lot of work to rank it and even then its too easy for a competitor to outrank your lens with a website

    Is the lens new? If so, then this is perfectly normal. New webpages will rank well for the first few days, and will then disappear for a little while until Google's worked out what position it should have in the SERPS.

    Your lens will hopefully return to the Google results, though it's position will depend on how good Google thinks your lens is, and how much other competition there is for the same keywords.
