final word on submitedge?

Is there a final consensus on Submitedge? I am thinking of using their 400 permanent directory links service. Apparently they own these directories so they can guarantee I get listed. Do you think this is worth $200?
They say they range from PR6 to PR0.
I'm wondering what you folks think. I am new and don't know if that is good or not. I don't even know if their service is as advertised or just junk.
