Has anyone bought The Whale Method by Ryan Deiss?

Has anyone bought Ryan Deiss' s The Whale Method? I've received an email promoting this course which claims to teach you how to buy traffic for pennies on the dollar. Does anybody have any information about this product? Is it any good? I have searched and cannot find anything except some people promoting it. I really would like to find an objective review. Are Ryan Deiss's products any good? Thank you,

    I haven't heard of this product yet... Ryan Deiss often comes out with good products because he spends a lot of time researching, gathering, and presenting. However, they are always overpriced. I have used a couple of his products with success... however, I do sometimes questions his "testings" as to whether he tests his theories or not, or just says that he does.

    One thing that bothers me about Deiss is that he doesn't practice what he preaches. He learns and sells methods, but he doesn't always use them for himself.

    Yes I have bought it. I'm going through it right now. This seems like the same content taught at Media Buying Academy - Knowledge.ly which is 3 or 4 times the price.

    It's full of case studies and step by step tutorials - around 60 videos.

    It's not taught by Ryan Deiss though - he just did the sales video. The course is taught by Los Silva, a well respected and successful media buyer.

    I'll do a full video review of it soon and post it on my blog - commissiondiary

      That's a bit odd. So after you clicked on the add to cart, there was no discount option?

      Perhaps the discount was only applicable to people on Ryan's email list.

      Maybe try again, but if not then at least you get access to me and my training.

    I'm going through the course now and about 50-60% through it. I've purchased tons of Ryan Deiss products over the years and have always been a big fan.

    Lately, I feel like the quality of his products is really dropping. This product looks like it was just thrown together over the weekend. The videos stop working about 4 times before you finish them and you have to keep stopping and refreshing to get through them. The resource material looks like an intern put together and they are named with a bunch of random characters so when you download them you can't figure out which is which.

    As per the content, gauher chaudhry just released a media buying course and he has given out way more good actionable information in his free pre release content than the entire whale method has to offer

      If you are looking to get into paid traffic, you can't go wrong with anything that Gauher Chaudhry produces. Another great product is Chad Hamzeh's Traffic Blackbook 2.0.

        I just got Ryan's email on this product . . . what's the popular consensus on it? Worth buying? I also just bought Vic Streizhaus' High Traffic Academy . . . and I realize it may be a bit dated . . . any comparison? I promote a couple of turnkey, make money online businesses. One low ticket, one high ticket.

    I have it. Is it worth buying to me? No. Why? Because it is all not as easy as it sounds. It is a good course if you have money to spend for testing.

    Also, I think that it is better not to have a business when you buy this course (and then build one from scratch) or modify your existing business for these traffic methods.

    Also, you better have very professional websites with tested conversion rates.

    In a short summary, here is what I say: it is not as easy as it sounds.

    I was always led to believe the issue with media buying is that often you have to commit large chunks of cash to get started - please advise anyone who is in the know... as I'm looking for a serious traffic boost on one of my key projects.

      Yes, media buying requires a substantial amount of cash to get started..The good ones that send quality traffic are the best though you will have to spend more than $1000 for a minimum insertion order
