I've heard good things about dotcomsecretsx. When you choose one make sure you stay focused on that one program and don't get involved with other programs.

You say you want to build an online income quickly. The fastest way to become successful online is to focus on one thing until it's profitable.

Don't make the mistake of moving from program to program or you'll end spending a lot more money than what is necessary and waste a lot of valuable time that you will never get back.

I recommend Chris Farrell membership to any newbie because it has good ratings and is complete.

I recommend that instead of a course, you begin by going to a
live seminar or workshop. An event like Marketing Mayhem, coming
up in a week, will expose you to a lot of really great ideas, and
just as importantly, energize you!

A seminar also lets you look at a LOT of different business model
and perhaps pick one that most resonates with you... and then
I'd perhaps take that speaker's training.

I make the above recommendation because starting to attend live
events is what really accelerated my learning, and started me making
REAL connections that I later leveraged when I started creating
my own products.

Buy something and stick to it until it works or you know for sure it doesn't, just don't jump around from product to product cuz that definitely doesn't work.

Before buying a specific product, I would suggest you to browse around to get an idea of the IM world. There are a lot of ways to generate revenue. Do you have some capital? Your budget is very important as every method has different costs.

I too have not personally used any of those -- but if you are a complete newcomer I highly recommend Chris Farrell!

He teaches you from the ground up how to create a profitable web business, even if you have no technical or computer skills at all.

There are hundreds if not thousands of internet marketers that have started off with him -- to go and create their own 6 to 7 figure year business.

I'm currently working with paid traffic and I find it fascinating. I would start there, Gauher Chaudry came out with a new system recently

If you are a techie, start with build your site, be it your own site or an affiliate site.
If you are not, start with getting familiar with WordPress!

Aside from the already suggested methods/tutorials, I would also suggest you look into Affilorama Affiloblueprint 3.0, which is step-by-step video tutorials on affiliate marketing- from website building, graphics creation, content, SEO, PPC and so on.

And I would have to agree that you need to stick to one method before jumping into another. There are actually a lot of good tutorials on affiliate marketing out there but it won't work if you are not focused and willing.

The problem with most of us in Online Marketing is lack of focus and accountability. Though you can buy courses, you need a mentor and a master mind group to ensure that you do well.

Have faith in yourself. This is the most important part of Internet Marketing. Weather you want to learn it or want to make money through it. I did not attend any courses yet. Loved this forum a lot and used google search for answers of my questions.

It does not mean that they are not good coaching programs. They might be good and may be the best but if you learn something of your own before attending an program, it will help you to learn more efficiently.

it really depends what area you want to move into the IM world is very diverse. I would get a rough plan of what area you want to tackle. You will then have a lot better idea of which guide is going to help you.

When you first start with IM its far to tempting to jump from one thing to another and end up with a ton of half completed projects and no income. Master and learn one thing and then when your successful with that transfer that knowledge to your next project.

My advice is to let this thread play out and then use the recommendations as what not to buy. Many on this forum have a love affair with fake gurus.

To them it's not about what the fake guru accomplished in his area of teaching, but instead how many courses he has sold. It's like who cares if Guru X made $2 in affiliate marketing? All that matters is that he made big money selling his course on how to do affiliate marketing (or the assumption that he made big money selling courses).

THAT is the true perspective that the recommendations in this thread are being made from and it's ridiculous.

Before you buy anything, ask the guru for a detailed professional history. If you are going to spend the money and sink the time into an affiliate marketing course, the guy who wrote it better be a very successful affiliate marketer. They should be open about what sites they have operated in the past so that you can check them out and see if this person is the real deal or if they just kinda showed up one day in "internet marketing" selling courses.

You shouldn't be focusing on which product is going to build you a sustainable income. The answer is none. Products will help you get ideas for building your own business but they won't take you from broke to rich.

I would recommend you to start with Marketing with Alex WSO. I have no much ideas about the other two but i can confirm that Marketing with Alex WSO has worked with many people.

Hmm, I think you should get a better idea of the type of business you want to build and what you want to learn before deciding on a course. From what you listed they all are kind of different, which to me indicates your still deciding on what direction to move in.

If your goal is to just make some cash, start by identifying what value or skill you already have or you would want to develop that you could then leverage or offer others. Then use internet marketing as a way to get customers and make money.

Also depending on what you decide you may get TON more value with real books from Amazon.

If your goal is to make money in affiliate marketing, there is only 1 course I recommend if your serious about building a value based affiliate BUSINESS. (key being value based)

As Daniel mentioned I would if I had my time again really think hard about what your interests are and what you want from the internet as its can be a very confusing place if you have not decided and there are many people who will suck you in and cost you a fortune The truth is there is a steep bt doable learning curve and very few will give you all the pieces of the puzzle I have tried most of the big guns but learned most useful and practical steps and how it all works mostly from Chris Farrell

after all you need to walk before you can run and don't get sucked in to the hype money never came knocking on anyone's door without a lot of work done at some stage the key is find what makes you tick and go build a list in that area of people who are also interested , just make sure its a profitable one not selling widgets ) hope that helps events are great too as Willie said it fuels the fire and shows what is possible good luck if you get stuck just ask in here lots of experience and people who have been there and worn the t-shirt

I have tried Unstoppable Affiliate myself but if you were to ask me to start over - I would start by getting clear on HOW exactly do I want to make money online before investing in a product or flocking to a "guru" (not naming names but some of them just make money off "teaching" rather than "doing")

The easiest way to start is providing a service.
Then getting your feet wet with doing some selling on eBay.
The important thing is getting your first $1! :-)

The important thing is to keep momentum, start small - but DO SOMETHING.
I was also stuck in my wheels before. But getting that moment of clarity of what do you want to do online : an affiliate site, a product, building a list, CPA?
