Has anyone tried Planet Traffic?

Hey all. SO I have been involved in a long discussion about submission works in another thread, and while researching I came across a site called planet traffic. I seem to recall the name from when I first got into online marketing and I don't think I used them. They offer many services from guaranteed traffic, to guaranteed sign ups to your MLM's as long as your MLM provides a free trial period.
I have my doubts about planet traffic, but I have used two of their services as an experiment to see how they do. The first service I hired them for was a solo ad to 10 000 people. I received over 1100 opens on a free offer I sent. However I received only about 6 optins to the free gift. A little lacking, but the solo went to Donkeymails, which as many of you know is a safelist mailer, so a lot of the people that opened it probably didnt even see the offer. But for 7.50 that wasn't too bad.
The second service I am trying is guaranteed US sign ups, with full details so they can be reached to encourage them to stay with your organization past the free trial. This campaign started today. And takes about thirty days to complete. I will post updates as they come available.
