Anyone In Rich Schefren Strategic Profits?

Hey warriors,

I'm considering joining the Strategic Profits business growth program, and if you are currently in Rich $397 per month coaching program, just let me know your thoughts and how it helps you to grow your business.

How is the level of support, etc...

Thanks,

Franck

It totally changed my life. Seriously.

Changed my whole view of online marketing, allowed me to quit my job, systematize my business and outsource 90% of it instead of doing it all my self. My income nearly tripled!

But what is really priceless is the access you get to Rich. (You get a weekly Q&A call with Rich as part of your membership.)

I looked at it this way.. For $100/week I could get on a call with Rich and ask him anything I wanted. We often would discuss things for 10-30 minutes. So if you leverage this feature you'll get your money back 10x over. Several of his tips made me thousands of dollars.

Most of the crappy courses sold in this market are all about tactics. But if you don't have a strategy and a system, the tactics are basically useless.

I've been in Rich Schefren's Business Growth System and Founders Club.

BGS is good but I'm not sure it's worth the $397 a month. Rich doesn't share a lot of business experiences but what he's read. It's obvious that a lot of gurus are going that route to build a course.

I did get value out of BGS but realize a lot were unhappy due to the consults Rich promised to us that signed up in full during the launch never happened. Their customer service is some of the worse I've seen.

Founders Club was NEVER about becoming a "founder". This service they offered was all over the place. They couldn't fulfill the reports or webinars as promised. Now Rich is only offering a "recorded" message for the Founders Club. No webinars, no letters, no reports. Wait, we did just receive one from Robert Skrob. Todd Brown and Rich were fulfilling the Founders Club. Todd seems to be no longer with Rich.

Todd actually shared 'real-life' examples when he did the webinars and Rich was just sharing his latest findings through his "research" (in other words, whatever he's reading).

    Hi,

Rich has promoted his Business Growth System program, 2.0 this year.

I'm considering this program and wonder if anyone has joined and had any feedback or experience to share so far?

    Any summary would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Rick

      Rick,

I did it two years ago and it was 2.0 at that time. Still is, come to think of it. I think Writer did the 1.0 - or the 0.1 ... which is after the launch.

I like his style of presentation and his summarisation of so many books and sources, so the course connected with me and I did profit from it. Mainly I guess, because I did something with my insights afterwards and acted.

Rich also gave me some good advice on a call during the course and a good book tip for dealing with procrastination. In fact, this little tidbit has had a major effect for me and I am thankful for that. Just this one thing has paid for the course many times over.

How much value you will get will also depend on how you approach the course and how much reflection you do.

The videos and pdfs are nice. The transcripts of the calls are very basic and need some editing and layout work.

It is not a make-money-get-rich-quick type of course. The info is solid and I still refer to it. The pdfs are still on my Kindle and I still have online access.

But as Writer says, their customer-service department is not their strong point. Not that I needed it for the course, I had other, more complicated issues. I did not have consulting appointments or such - that was a special deal only at the original launch.

I did not get the course because of their support rating though - I got it because I wanted to hone my business skills - and that I did.

For business advice, I would listen to Rich and for marketing ideas, to Dan Kennedy. And skip all the rest.

      Take care,
      Conrad

No problem: the book is "The Now Habit" by Niel Fiore and Amazon has it. At www.nielfiore.com you can also get some hypnosis tapes by Niel and these are good too.

I tried both BSG and Founder's Club - totally agree with the comments that Founder's Club was pointless. They couldn't consistently get the reports out and having to listen to the same questions on every call from people became a nuisance.

BSG 2.0 was a complete waste of money.

For the cost, the quality of the recordings and the works is pretty low end. Totally unimpressed.

Rich is very verbose without getting to a point. His Founder's Club reports would often end on a "cliffhanger" so that you had to wait until the next one to get resolution. I didn't like that.

Rich Schefren is really a great teacher, if you know how to listen I guess.

I attended one of his online seminars, and although it was almost 3 hours long, it was probably the most valuable 3 hours of my life. It helped me establish my idea which is set to make me around 10k per month (conservatively) in the next 3 months or so.

His way of teaching may be long winded, but it is quality stuff.

Bear in mind Rich has made many Millionaires, including one of my favorite mentors Alex Jeffreys from Alex Marketing.

So take into account the tried and trusted reputation of Rich Schefren and then make the decision!

I've been a client of Rich's for the past 5 years and nowhere but nowhere have I found the sheer level and quality of cutting-edge business information, delivered in such a logical, friendly format, along with Rich's complete transparency and GENUINE desire to help people become successful through his weekly calls. His information has had a huge impact in me going from 5 figures a year in the spare room, to 7-figures (£1.3 million at 31st Dec 2013 - fully verifiable at Companies House!).

I've never met Rich personally but I would like to shake him by the hand and give him a huge man-hug. The guy's a genius as far as i'm concerned and as far as i can see, one of the few 'good guys' in this industry.

Remember, it's what you DO with the info he provides (and there's a LOT of it) is how you'll ever get anything out of it. The Founders reports are gold, the audio dispatches - brilliant. Unless of course you do sweet F.A. with the info you're handed. The people who've stated in this post, 'you can get this information for free' or 'I didn't like the way the transcripts were laid out', or 'the audio quality wasn't great'. WTF?! They just don't 'get it'. They will never, repeat NEVER be successful.

Dear Digsea.I am glad I seen your post on here.At this moment I don't have finance to pay for BGS.but what you have said about his information sounds good to me.I will go for the founders club.i also just noticed Rich Schefren is also doing an app on ITunes.called Rich on air.
What I do see so far. from information Rich Schefren put on his free reports seems a lot better than all the other stuff I paid a fortune for in the past few years.

          Regards

Why this post is exactly the same as Teddy Garcia's post above!? Did you copy and past?

This is a really strange way to do forum marketing...or I'm missing something?

I've a similar question. I'm considering BGS, and possible an hour of Rich's time on a personal consult.

However, both are very expensive, and I'm an intelligent guy able to quickly deduce what Rich is getting at from his free reports (which combined with my experience & skillset have pointed me in the right direction).

      1. Is BGS really worth $400/month, or $3k upfront?
      2. Is this Rich's own experience of business, or is he just regurgitating stuff he has read?

....because if this is the case, I'll go and read a couple of good business management books and do a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification instead, for far less outlay, and similar results.
Any advice you'll get from a mentor or coach can also be found in a book. In other words, there is no information that's "hidden." Part of the reason people pay so much money for mentors is because they (like the old saying goes) can't see the forest for the trees. That said, if it takes someone outside your circle to point out one of the things you've thought about trying but didn't... the end result may be you will in fact be successful.

Many people, however, find themselves in a position where they no longer trust their own judgement and would rather pay for guidance of some sort. At the end of the day, if you follow "book advice" and test the various methods... that's all you'll need.

why would someone offer their expertise to you dripped out over several months? my bells go off for ANYTHING that is drip-fed. what, are we too stupid to take it all in at our own pace? is the information that complicated that it takes MONTHS to seep in? are they allowing us time for family, jobs, sleeping, etc etc. and then charging us $397 MONTHLY for that luxury?

belushi said it best: wise up.

imho, it's a gimmick....a sales tactic. a way to get more $$$ from you. something that is taught and sold on the warrior forum every day. copywriters are probably the best paid of anybody, esp. if they're getting a percentage.

rich has got some GOOD information. he gave you everything you needed to know in his free reports. Internet Manifesto. Missing Chapter. Final Chapter. Entrepreneurial Emergency. read them. and heed. then read them AGAIN. he takes his cues from the agora people. google them. the kings of information marketing and list building. ever hear of a newsletter, "Early to Rise"? or Porter Stansberry and his "investment advice"? and a bunch of others using the same playbook. make use of that google everybody talks about....it's a mind-blowing world of knowledge if you use it.

bottom line: PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS. if you don't know what your strengths are, start investigating....(you can probably do that for far less than $397/mo). then go deal with some project management skills. go the udemy route and get any info you need, for relatively cheap.

not trying to bust anybody's bubble. i just don't like to see people spending $$$ needlessly, especially in these times.

ps. just got an email (DEC. 2013) from the Systematized Rich. it refers to my online marketing in "2011".

        heck of a system.....
