Promoting local business through EMAIL - Any EXTREMELY Powerful Course on This?

Howdy everyone!

So, is there an absolutely powerful course on how to promote a local business through email campaigns that get people to come in the door? My current biz I'm promoting has like a 23% open rate. and a 5% click rate. So I think I can, if I have the super secret ninja powerful easy and ultimate course to teach me how to do it better ;-) Please just give me course names. I know there's something out there and it would be so cool if it included email templates that are proven to convert.

    Actually... I will be releasing a WSO tomorrow that will be about email marketing.
    But if You ask me... above 20% open rate is good, and You'll hardly find a ninja secret tactic that will make your results few times better.
    Try more headline split testing.
