domain name?

I dont know If this is the right area for this thread, but I will ask anyway
I am just about to buy a domain name, I am direct linking using the method from cash detective. now would it be best to have a domain practicaly the same as the product domain, or a domain the sam as the main keyword, I know the keyword would keep the quality score high, but will people prefer to click on the authority site.
any help appreciated

    My 2 cents:
    Lets try and get the most important thing right first.
    You want to get found, isn't it? How will you get found in the SEs? It's thru KWs.
    Thus: focus on getting a KW denominated domain.

    Alternatively:
    Find the actual traffic that relates to the product name / authority site name and side by side find out the traffic that's there based on the KW. Take the route that gets better traffic.

    Having found that:
    Try and freeze on a dot com domain.

    Go for the keyword - if the program you're going to use doesn't convert you can always switch to a different one without needing another domain.

    Not just that, but if you can get a decent keyword domain, there will always be a value in the name itself.

      wow, that was quick, yes I thought domain would be best, but thought I would ask the more experienced im gurus.
