Access Denied! I desperately need some help and advice; can someone help me?

HI Warriors:
I'm in a terrible predicament. I bought Launch Tree on the day of the launch. Never heard another thing (although I wrote several emails). Two days later, I get the confirmation letter, with Link, user and password. I was really upset that I had to wait 2 full days, when everyone else was getting their product.

Then: Out the nowhere, the pw they sent wasn't any good. In desperation I tried 'lost password' and I get a message ACCESS DENIED.

I was pretty angry (I'll spare everyone the language). Then I tried to get into Support, BUT their only support is inside the members area! Like that helps a lot. Next, I remembered that Anik owned PPC Classroom and I'm a member there. So I went to their help desk.

At first they replied and made an attempt to help me, but in the end said (politely it wasn't their problem) and I should really try the support at Launch Tree. :rolleyes:

Anyway, I'll not bore you with all the many details of Emails written to every one I could think of, and some of the rude and uncalled for answers. But here I am, ONE FULL WEEK after I bought and paid for the product, and I dont have it and can't reach anyone!

I checked with my bank, the charge went through on launch day. They didn't use Paypal or Clickbank, so I can't go to them for help.

I am at my wits end! I don't know what to do at this time. I hesitate to call the credit card company and tell them to refund me, because the reason would be fraud, and I don't want to make that kind of trouble for Anik or Mike.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do next? And yes, I did write to support at Mikes, and they just said its not their problem.
I'm not sure I want the product now, if its this hard to buy it, how much help could I depend on when I have questions or need help? :confused:

Solution anyone?

        Hi Daylynne. Affiliate Classroom, Inc. is Anik's company. It is the designated support team for Launch Tree. If you go all the way to the bottom of the Launch Tree web page to the footer and click on support, you will be taken to the Affiliate Classroom support center.

    Yes, try contact through Affiliate Classroom. If that doesn't work, and you used a credit card, you can contact your cc company/bank to do a charge-back.

      I never heard of that company; are they a course or member site? I did try PPC Classroom, which is Anik's company, they're the ones who told me to send support to Launch tree. I'll try that tho... thanks

    I thought I already gave you some options on what to do.
    Now seeing that this is Wednesday, I know I spoke about taking action on Monday & Tuesday of this week, it seems that you are still not in on their site.
    Til this date, I only know of 2 people that got access. But that was only on Saturday (late). Not sure if they have been on the site everyday, however. But I noticed also after reviewing, that the site is still showing up denial.

    The only thing I'd do right now is the following:
    1. Contact Lurn.com directly by phone & demand to speak to a higher supervisor - preferably Anik himself.
    2. Contact AffiliateClassrom.com -- if know one will listen to you at Lurn.com (although it should be the same phone numbers respectively).
    3. Whoever you speak to demand service.

    If no service is granted, give them a hard chargeback & report it here on the forums.
    Let everyone know.

    But, as i see it right now, there is no product cause no one is really saying anything at the moment. I just don't think anyone is accessing the material on a daily basis.
    They might be in however, but, I still don't see anyone discussing about it right now.

      There is definitely a product. If you only know two people who got access, you must not know that many people who purchased it. Others have access to it and have given it great reviews. I actually got the product myself but I haven't been all the way through it yet. I will say that I'm very happy with my purchase.

      Also, I had problems during check out just as others did. I sent a support message to Affiliate Classroom and my login details were sent within an hour or so. So my customer service experience was excellent. I'm sorry to hear about the continuing problems other customers are having though.

    I have problems accessing LaunchTree too, same error message as Daylene. I had emailed David from Lurn and got reply from him that he will forward my problem to his Tech Dept. Although I logged in successfully through worldproxy202.com, I am still unable to read the course content as it returned another error message. I sent a ticket inside Launchtree and got a reply from Anik and the Tech Dept, they said they will look into my problem.

    Just a word, if you guys are having problems logging in to Launchtree, you may have problems with Michael Cheney's latest upcoming product, DeltaSquadron. David told me that Michael is using the same web system as Launchtree.

    Thank you everyone for your help. I honestly appreciate your concern.
    I thought my post was long enough. I didn't want it to turn into a report or a book, so I did NOT put in every attempt I had tried.

    I did go to PPC Classroom (Anik's other course) Their return message at first was "we will look into it"... and then later a polite way of saying "tough ___ and get lost"

    Everything I tried, and I mean everything, resulted in basically the same message: "not my problem, get lost." WELL... I don't think that I or any customer should be treated this way. I don't think I should have to spend endless hours each day for NINE days trying to get a digital product I PAID for.

    Now, I am seeing that I'm not the only one having these problems. So, if they KNOW there is a problem, then why dont they at least be polite when I write to tell them. And why arent they doing something about it?

    And thanks guys for the heads up on Affiliate Classroom site. I did call them, and guess what? The phone number on their site, is an invalid phone number! Can you see my frustration now?

    Hold the Presses... late news flash!!

    I finally got an Email back from PPC classroom, with (another) new password.. and it WORKS! I'm shocked and happy! BUT... this also happened 2 days after the launch and the next time I tried to get in is when I got the "Access Denied" messages.
    So, I will check it out and if I have the same problems again, I will let you all know.
    Meanwhile, I am leaving Thank you's for you all. :-)
