      Thanks! I guess I am also wondering if there is companion software available/required to support the method/process or if it relies on existing tools.

        Inadvertently ordered one of the OTOs on this product separately without realizing it was in a sales funnel. When I couldn't access the OTO, I emailed their customer service and the email address inside the Paypal transaction. Evidently one of their JV partners must have posted a link to get the OTO without going through the front end. That's all I can figure.

        Jon Shawcross emailed me back to say that I could not get the upsell without purchasing the front end product and said he would process a refund that day so that I could go directly through the sales funnel and get both products. Once I understood what had happened, I was perfectly agreeable to do that.

        That was a week ago.

        Still no refund, I will have to escalate a PayPal claim in order to receive my refund. I was planning to purchase the front end product and the OTO again once the money was refunded, but I'm not sure, at this point, since their customer service is lacking even the most basic skill level.

        They won't allow access to the product I purchased without my purchasing the front-end product, but they won't refund my money so I can go through the sales funnel.

        Nice.

          Apologies Michael, there was indeed an error in not refunding you. It is being investigated now and will be resolved.

          However, if the correct procedure of raising a support ticket had been followed, this delay would not have occurred. We ask all our customers to follow this procedure as it ensures we DO offer great customer service and errors do not happen.

          BUT - that is an explanation NOT an excuse. The fact is your matter SHOULD have been dealt with and for that, I apologise

            As I stated before - the only instructions I had were email addresses - one from my PayPal account and one from customer support - Neither of which took care of the problem.

            And though you tell me a refund has been issued, it still has not appeared in my PayPal account.

            I plan to escalate the PayPal dispute.

            Trying to blame me for the fact that you had a JV partner who listed the product as a solo purchase instead of through your sales funnel and then sitting on my money is bad form..You are on a short list of vendors who I will steer clear of in the future.

              I will not be adding further to this thread. I have apologised for the error at our end in not refunding your money immediately. We take full responsibility - so i will say one final time that I am sorry.

              However, you claim not to have had the refund which we processed yesterday and I emailed evidence to you. Furthermore, you have confirmed that the refund has taken place according to YOUR JVZoo account also, but the money is not in your Paypal account? I'm not sure what the problem is, but from our end it has been processed. I can only suggest you speak with Paypal - maybe it's something to do with the fact you raised a dispute? I don't know.

              We sold over 1300 front end units of SEO Enigma during the 7 day launch including a number of sales from the JV/affiliate that you purchased from. Of all those 1300+, only 1 person managed to purchase something in our funnel, without also buying the main front end product, so I struggle to understand how it occurred by accident.

        Hi Chris,

        There is software as one of the OTO's BUT it is complementary to the product and most certainly is not required. SEO Enigma is in it's most basic form a comprehensive SEO education (hardly selling the dream am I haha)
