DFY Rankings.com (Done For You Rankings) Any Opinions?

Has anyone else received a mail out regarding DFY Rankings.com? (Done For You Rankings)

The sales page is very tempting as they offer to do just about everything setting up a micro niche site, keyword selection, seo, wordpress installation, unique articles and a guaranteed google page 1 listing. All for a very reasonable price point!

This would obviously save a massive amount of time. But having checked out their two sample sites, the content looks spun to me and doesn't sound very product enticing either.

DFY Rankings

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Yeah, I got one of those emails but I think you can find a lot better deals right here on WF for the same type of thing. Plus, the guys I've found here have done really good work and been really inexpensive.

Yeh think I will give it a miss. The content on the sample sites (liquid diarrhea!) has put me off!

For what they offer the price is very good - it is a monthly membership I suppose.

Outsourcing a site is one thing but in my opinion it is far better to outsource and THEN have all of the tools/knowledge to promote it rather than everything being completely done.

That said, if you know of a really good niche I can see how it would save time.

Yeh the time saving issue and price is what really appeals to me. But the content isn't all that good and if they can't get that right on the sales page well!

I have spent far to much time setting up a site, content, seo etc etc. To see it underachieve and to feel I have wasted my time. And time is money as they say!!

In my opinion, here are some red flags:

          1. Guaranteed 1st page of Google. As far as Google goes, there are no guarantees. Ask them if they will guarantee to get you on the first page of Google for the keywords you choose and that your site will stay there! It's not hard to do when you use keywords no one is searching on. Give them a few competitive keywords and watch them squirm. From the web site: "If possible, please put your feelings aside regarding specific keywords."

          2. No social proof, testimonials, or other user experience on site.

          3. Site clones can go up very quickly and all that needs customizing are a few details. The problem is, your site is like everyone else's site. Successful niche sites usually differentiate themselves - set themselves apart from the crowd.

          4. "No refund" policy. Once you pay your money, you roll the dice.

          5. I couldn't find a physical address, business address, phone number or any other way to make contact except through their email ticket system. If you have a concern and only an email address . . . well, good luck with that.

There are other things that I could point out, but I won't.

The sales pitch does sound promising, but you aren't really getting much for the price. Steve B pretty much discusses it all. It would be just as easy to build out your own sites for the price. However, saving time is a big factor. Personally, the content amount seems to be too little to me. I would expect to have to do quite some work after receiving the sites every month.

Yes, STAY AWAY from this!!! I signed up for a month and received 2 sites. After seeing the work I was concerned that this really wasn't going to pan out. So I emailed them asking them to cancel as I didn't want to continue on as I wasn't seeing any results. They acknowledged my email and I appropriately did not receive any services for the second month. I mistakenly assumed I was done. The next month when I was automatically billed via Paypal, I requested a refund indicating I had asked them to cancel me the prior month. But they refused saying their policy was that as soon as I was billed, they have already begun working. Yet, I never received anything for the $147 dollars that I was charged. I told them they never contacted me or provided me with any new site info for that billing and the original first 2 sites were not performing and still were not ranked. They refused to refund and indicated that is their policy. I
