The Difference in VSA and Intellichat

Both websites Virtual Smart Agent | Automated Chat Sales Associate for Your Website! | Website Conversion Software and intellichat Automated Virtual Sales Agent : Increase Conversions seem to be the most used exit scripts around. What's the difference between the 2 and why do you prefer one over the other? Can you customize the skins of both agents to match your website?

Vastly prefer VSA, I don't know if they still do but Intellichat used to take a cut of each sale, and VSA is vastly more flexible in what you can do with it.
