Elegant Themes -Really worth it?

Hi warriors!
I'm thinking for a while about buying myself elegant themes membership (www.elegantthemes.com- not affiliate)
Is it really worth buying it? It is 39$ a year for all the themes but I really need one... Can anyone recommend buying it for only one theme?
Thanks

Elegant Themes are some of the best value professional WordPress themes you can buy.

Even if you only want a single theme, the $39 is less than what you'd pay for a similar theme from sites like ThemeForest, WooThemes etc.

I agree with the previous 2 posters. Elegant Themes has some pretty nice themes and is well worth the price.

The EPanel they use for the WP admin takes some getting used to, and I have spent plenty of time in the forums trying to figure out how to do certain things.

One of the drawbacks is that not all of their themes are responsive, including the one I have used to build my last 3 sites.

Agree about the lack of responsive designs, I don't look or buy any theme any more that is not responsive as that is where it is at now. (even though Elegant Themes look great and I have used them). For me ThemeForest is No.1 (although you obviously pay more)

It really depends. It's kind of unfortunate for people who only want 1 theme. It's true that their themes are good, but you can also find some other really cool themes at places like themeforest for not much more. Do a little research to see if you can find the exact kind of theme you're looking for. If that happens to be with elegantthemes, go with them.

Yes. I use it - best investment I ever made. Once you look at all the themes, carefully, chances are that you'll find one you like even better.

    Superb support.

Most ET themes are slow loading. If you can afford to have them tweaked, it's a good deal, but if you plan to use the themes as-is, you should choose something else, imo. When they are tweaked, they behave really well.
The themes do get a lot of criticism for being front-page unique and bland everywhere else, but there are just as many people who really love ET. I've had 3 subs with them, but I no longer use their themes for anything. I prefer StudioPress themes these days, which are also rather bland, but I've found from testing that they convert higher as general website store themes.

At the risk of stating the obvious...

Be mindful that good quality content wins over any theme

I've been using Elegant Themes for ages.

Their themes aren't phenomenal, but they're definitely the best value

I've also been using their themes. The look is pretty good, but their support is really good! Not every time, but most of the time, they answer your questions and you get help within minutes or hours and not days.

It's worth it. Plus, they have a forum where you can ask questions basic customization questions.

There's this guy who will give you a rebate ( I think it's 25% back) if you buy from his affiliate link (not me, but I used him), but you can google for it.

$39 for 86 themes is a steal, plus free updates for a year. Dude, you'd be doing yourself a favor if you got the developers package, which is an awesome deal too.

I use and love Canvas by Woo, but for someone who wants power right out of the box, at bargain basement pricing... jump on this deal.

I had them. Not bad, but lousy for anything SEO related and non-responsive. I didn't renew.
