    Does anyone know if AdSense and Google T&Cs allows this type of traffic?

    Arbitrage is against adense TOS. That means that you're not allowed to advertise pages with adsense ads on them.

    DNTX is meant to send traffic to pages that either upsell something, build email list, CPA offers
