Anybody used ShopperApproved to gather ratings?

We have a couple of small specialty ecommerce stores. I want to collect ratings and reviews from customers to be able to display on our store, and to mark up with schema so that they eventually appear in the Google search results.

I'm not very excited about the auto-emailing arrangement our current Shopping Cart system offers. But when doing some research I located a system called "Shopper Approved" (at shopperapproved dot com) that looks pretty nice. Unfortunately the more ratings you collect, the more your monthly fee increases.

So I'm wondering if anybody here has any experience with them?

Also especially curious if you were able to somehow add their ratings data to your pages and properly mark it up with schema?

    So has nobody here used ShopperApproved? I'm starting to wonder if my own research led me astray...

      Derek here with Shopper Approved. You may be aware that as of recently Google has removed the ability to syndicate stars into search using schema code due to perceived abuse of this feature. I want to let you know that Shopper Approved is one of several companies that has a licensing agreement with Google to syndicate reviews and stars into search and Google shopping listings. Merchants that we work with are still seeing their ratings and reviews in search and shopping.
