Here he goes again folks. Now he's off, giving advice to perfect strangers. I don't know what's become of him... First I buy his product, not quite sure how to set it up and he offers to do it for me. Then I tried his support desk and opened a support ticket. I have a few questions while learning my way around and he answers them with no sign of frustration on his part, whatsoever . He always ended his support responses with a smile and a hearty "Cheers", even though some of my support questions were somewhat redundant. I don't know where he gets off with this kind of attitude but I've had about enough of it!!! Then I find out that he's got this forum that is also designed to give support to his DLGuard customers. Who is he, some sort of "Dudley Do Right"! I start going through this support forum that he's set up and I find hundreds of answers to some of the most common questions about his "DLGuard download security software" So, not only is he giving support for his customers in a one on one basses, through his "Support Desk", he's also on his DLGuard forum giving help, answering questions, giving advice and tips to perfect strangers,,, the list goes on and on... He has literally, thousands upon thousands of posts with helpful thoughts and answers... After I learned how to securely protect all of my hundreds of digital download products, He comes out with a shopping cart upgrade. My word, when will the guy ever quit, or at least, take a break....? I wanted to put him to the test once again so I played really really stupid and told him that I am now going to set up a store on the web , to sell more of my products, all in one location, using the DLG shopping cart feature in the software. Boy, what a convenience... But I digress.... Anyway, I started to bombard Sam with question after question, hoping to get a rise out of him. Nothing! Still, my redundant questions were answered swiftly and cheerfully. The store is up and running and the DLGuard cart system is set up and fully functional and might I say, quite simple to set up and use. It was extremely difficult for me to play dumb with all of the questions that I had about the DLGuard system because there are complete sets of instructions and tutorials on just about any question one might have had, concerning the set up and functionality of the DLGuard Download Security Software with built in shopping cart. Every time I had a question, he would patiently answer, with great detail and then when he was finished, he would direct me to the tutorial on that same subject... Of course, I already knew about the tutorials.,, But I didn't tell him that. ![]() As I said earlier, I was trying to get on his nerves... But, every time he gives support, it is with a kind, friendly and cheerful attitude... Yeah, I guess when you think about it, Sam's a pretty good fella. That DLGuard security download software with shopping cart sure has made a huge difference in the way I do my Online Marketing. Aw-w-w-w,,,,,S-h-u-c-k-s.... ![]() EJ |

EJ - Yep Sam has brought the words 'customer service' to a new level. He has helped me tremendously in the past when I first bought DLG. The man has superhuman patience! ![]() Roy |

Yep. Sam has the worst record. He basically forced me to let him upgrade my old DL Guard for me. How am I supposed to work up any kind of frustration, when he takes care of everything. The guy really burns me up.

I love the tongue in cheek comments above! I had read glowing reviews of DLG but you guys have convinced me Sam is for real. Any ideas on when he's going to include an affiliate management module? I've been holding off because of that.

World class product. World class service. He even has the audacity to treat his customers with care, consideration and respect. And on top of that he goes the extra mile. The nerve of the guy! Why hasn't he been banned??? |

It's refreshing when someone actually goes out of his way to provide support. I am sure everyone has been faced with the flipside of someone who never gets back to you, websites down for day's without anyone noticing, ect. When someone actually goes a step beyond you really start taking notice. well just my 2cents.

This is only my online persona. In real life I strangle kittens. Warning: About to get soppy All of your support means that I get to work from a home office, which means I get to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with my son, play with him, put him down to bed, read him stories, and change nappies that smell like rotten corpses, putrifying in the depths of hell. If it wasn't for your support, I'd still be driving to Sydney each day, hardly ever seeing Maxy. So what you've all given me, a little customer support in return is nothing! Thanks so much, everyone! And I really mean that! cheers Sam |
