Epicwrite is dead

3 weeks ago, I use epicwrite.com service to write article for me. Before I pay that service, I sent a PM in their support helpdesk, they said that their service is still on, so I buy some. But, until now, my article didn't finish. I'm really disappointed. Is epicwrite is dead? For me, it's yes.

    Just had my first Epic Write project delivered today. Impressive. Was on time, well written and included a questionnaire/survey about potential future needs, writing styles etc. Just four short articles though happy enough with the service to go back for more.

        I also have two projects in with EpicWrite and 4 support tickets and have not heard anything for 2 weeks. I have tried PM,emailing, support tickets and contact form on site and have heard nothing.

        It has been 2 weeks now and they are 7 days over project deadline.

        Not Good!!!

          I have exactly the same experience. They do not reply to support tickets or give any response at all. I have had to file 3 Paypal disputes to get them to respond. I won't be working with them again. Too bad, because I was happy with the quality of the writing.
