Ad Rotator Suggestions

Can anyone suggest an ad rotator that allows the admin to insert ads manually of any configured size, produces reports for each ad, and is stable/supported?

I have done some research, now just looking for anyone's peronal experiences...good or bad.

I think there is one called html rotator. Just do a search in Google. It may help
