If the bot submits article A to 400 directories. Then surely thats pointless due to the duplicated content issue?

Surely each unique article need only be submitted to 1 directory? Am I missing something huge here?

No - duplicate content is only applicable when you duplicate it within the same domain. Otherwise, if it were true, RSS Feeds would be banned for duplicate content, wouldn't they?

Hello,

I just saw this thread as I was meandering about and thought I would give my thoughts.

I have tried most article submitters out there some quite good, others, not so much.

Article Bot is light weight and it is quite fast. The user interface is very inuititive so there will not be a lot of down time figuring things out.

That is the issue I had with some of the other softwares out there. One submitter I was screwing around with all day and so I finally had enough of that one and that is when I picked up Article Bot.

So you should be up and ready to go in no more than a half an hr as far as how to use the software. Its pretty simple. Add site login details and you are good to go.

I paid full price for mine and found it to be an excellent software. Its not the only submitter I use, but I do get my use out of it.

I currently submit using Article Bot to the top directories and Magic Article Submitter to do a mass submission with spun content using Magic Article Rewriter.

It looks like Big Mike is going to come out with an update so I really look forward to that.

If GoogleBots searched out sites manually we would still be back in the 1990's somewhere. Automation is a part of life.

As for coming a millionaire. I dont think you would find many Millionaire that does not use a automated system of some sort

maesil, I use it and have never had an issue. All it is doing is submitting to the article directories that you have accounts with. You still have to make sure it goes into the right category. It is not a spam bot as it takes some time to set up and use effectively. My advice here is rather than going off with half conceived notions, why not TRY the product first. All I can tell you is that it takes a tedious task and makes it quick so I can move onto other more profitable things.

And don't be silly, an instant millionaire doesn't exist. Besides do you think that all the big marketers do things all the time by hand. Automation is key. Enough, I'm off to bed....

The problem with a lot of automation tools stems from the users themselves, not the actual feature set of the applications.

A lot of marketers look at a program like Article Bot and try to figure out ways to use the program to spam article directories.

It's not designed as a spam tool, it's designed to ease the process of submitting your articles. Once the upgrade to take spinner syntax is released it will be even easier to get your articles out.

All the automation software out there is only as good as the content you put into them. No matter how unique you make a piece of c**p, its still c**p.

Take a bit of time to research past the Search Engine Robots and look at the human checker element of things and you'll soon realize any type of spammy activity is pretty much doomed in the long run.

All the "Bot" series are very easy to use software. Seems Mike is going to be bringing all these together to run under one central console which sound pretty cool.

I've also seen some references to BlogBot, so come on Mike, fess up. When will this be around to add to my list of Bots?

I am a user of SocialBot, ArticleBot, DirectoryBot and RSSbot. So I can talk about ArticleBot.

There are two things that I don't like and hate about ArticleBot.
1. Account Creation and Verification
2. Not able to spin the articles on the fly.

For the account creation and verification, ArticleBot is capable of automatically signing up for at least 60% of the directories. Totally hands-off, so it's good. But then the horror comes, the email verification. You have to manually verify your email, which is a hellish job.

For the spinning function, ArticleBot does not spin the articles on the fly. But I guess it's not much of a problem, as you only want the backlinks.

Other than that, it's a good software.

I use Articlebot and it's a nice piece of software. My only issues are:

A)the fact that you can't rotate the body of the article, which judging from this thread seems like it's in the works and

B)The categories HAVE to be updated. There are literally hundreds of categories that an article can fall under but Articlebot only contains what, 20? To solve this problem now, when one of my articles is accepted I'll go into each directory and change whatever category it's listed in. Imagine doing this 200 times and well, you get my point.

Anybody know of a workaround for this issue?

I bought the Article Bot a few days ago and put it into work. I am quite happy with it. Experienced only a few errors during submission. Splitted the list in 3 parts for practical and seo reasons. Then I am able to "spin" the articlebody 3 times, plus titles and resource box several times.

The practical side is that verifying around 400 registration mails is heavy work and takes time. With smaller list you can start submitting one list while you verify the others.

Things I hope will be improved are:
1. increase the number of categories, I believe that will help the acceptance rate. 2. Choose where to save backups. 3. ability to spin the articlebody like you can with the title and resource. 4. Move or make it more difficult to use the "delete profile" button, I deleted profile instead of "delete this site" twice while editing the list - just imagin all the f-words.

All in all, its a nice piece of software at this price range (I paid full price) that I recommend.

I think goarticles submissions are not working in articlebot. Goarticles might have changed their website or something due to which articlebot submission to goarticles is not working. I request Mike to look into this + any other sites that are currently not working properly with articlebot. Thanks

I've been using article bot and it works great - it does exactly what it says it will do BUT although my articles are getting listed they are not getting indexed. Have you any ideas about how I can them indexed once they are live? Would be very grateful to know.

All it is doing is submitting to the article directories that you have accounts with. You still have to make sure it goes into the right category. It is not a spam bot as it takes some time to set up and use effectively. My advice here is rather than going off with half conceived notions, why not TRY the product first. All I can tell you is that it takes a tedious task and makes it quick so I can move onto other more profitable things. And don't be silly, an instant millionaire doesn't exist. Besides do you think that all the big marketers do things all the time by hand. Automation is key. Enough, I'm off to bed....

The problem with a lot of automation tools stems from the users themselves, not the actual feature set of the applications. A lot of marketers look at a program like Article Bot and try to figure out ways to use the program to spam article directories. It's not designed as a spam tool, it's designed to ease the process of submitting your articles. Once the upgrade to take spinner syntax is released it will be even easier to get your articles out. All the automation software out there is only as good as the content you put into them. No matter how unique you make a piece of cp, its still cp. Take a bit of time to research past the Search Engine Robots and look at the human checker element of things and you'll soon realize any type of spammy activity is pretty much doomed in the long run. All the "Bot" series are very easy to use software. Seems Mike is going to be bringing all these together to run under one central console which sound pretty cool. I've also seen some references to BlogBot, so come on Mike, fess up. When will this be around to add to my list of Bots?

So I can talk about ArticleBot. There are two things that I don't like and hate about ArticleBot. 1. Account Creation and Verification 2. Not able to spin the articles on the fly. For the account creation and verification, ArticleBot is capable of automatically signing up for at least 60% of the directories. Totally hands-off, so it's good. But then the horror comes, the email verification. You have to manually verify your email, which is a hellish job. For the spinning function, ArticleBot does not spin the articles on the fly. But I guess it's not much of a problem, as you only want the backlinks. Other than that, it's a good software. -Shaun

My only issues are: A)the fact that you can't rotate the body of the article, which judging from this thread seems like it's in the works and B)The categories HAVE to be updated. There are literally hundreds of categories that an article can fall under but Articlebot only contains what, 20? To solve this problem now, when one of my articles is accepted I'll go into each directory and change whatever category it's listed in. Imagine doing this 200 times and well, you get my point. Anybody know of a workaround for this issue?

Hello I bought the Article Bot a few days ago and put it into work. I am quite happy with it. Experienced only a few errors during submission. Splitted the list in 3 parts for practical and seo reasons. Then I am able to "spin" the articlebody 3 times, plus titles and resource box several times. The practical side is that verifying around 400 registration mails is heavy work and takes time. With smaller list you can start submitting one list while you verify the others. Things I hope will be improved are: 1. increase the number of categories, I believe that will help the acceptance rate. 2. Choose where to save backups. 3. ability to spin the articlebody like you can with the title and resource. 4. Move or make it more difficult to use the "delete profile" button, I deleted profile instead of "delete this site" twice while editing the list - just imagin all the f-words. All in all, its a nice piece of software at this price range (I paid full price) that I recommend.
