Easy Member Pro question

Hi all,

I hope it's ok to ask here, I will also email the EMP team but was looking from responses from users etc as well.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to use a wordpress blog as say the main hub for the site, with public info, news etc etc, some free content, then install EMP either on a subdomain or directory to work as sales page and member area?

EDIT: I just wanted to clarify. Something like WP Wishlist was my original preference, but I'm after a script with affiliates without having to use clickbank.
