I know a couple of people who had some very good success with traffic geyser a few years back. I was wondering if it was still effective for building backlinks?

I know that there are other sources out there like Tubemogul, but they only submits to video sites. I mainly wanted to use it for creating strong backlinks. I'm not as worried about getting traffic from those sources. My primary goal is to rank my pages higher.

Yes I also read several articles mentioning its usefullness in ranking videos. I believe it still works.

Just test it and see how it goes.

I personally would not use it.

Using 100% white hat means is always better.

It's probably because Traffic Geyser was in it's prime a few years ago. Nowadays you have much more powerful tools like Magic Submitter that basically do what it does and then some for a much lower price.
