I know there are 2 other threads on this now but I am considering DRASTICALLY lowering my business phone bill. I have 2 business lines. I am looking for the quality of calls and customer service. Both you can get what is a "soft phone" which is your phone via the internet and equipment to use your regular phone. I can keep my existing numbers and have unlimited long distance in the states and Canada and can pay upfront less than $199 for an entire year.

I don't want Skype or MagicJack for several reasons. Just want to know what your experience has been with either.
