Ewen Chia's Autopilot Profits

Has anyone here bought this product?

Let me explain what happened.

After I processed my payment through the SWREG Digital River website I never received any download link. The sales page said "instant access to product after payment". No download page or link came afterwards.

I sent messages to this company's customer service through their site's system. I have never received any answer.

I am still waiting for the email with the link several hours after the payment went through. After my payment was processed I got a receipt page saying payment was successful with all my data on it.

Any idea how to contact Ewen Chia to get a full refund?
I am really not happy about this.

My advice is to be careful with this product and the Digital River company they use for getting their payments...

or maybe this is a scam where they take the money and disappear?

I am certainly not in an economic position to lose any amount of money. I am really bummed out by this. I hate it when they don't provide. These people just take your money and leave you out of the blue with nothing in return.

Would appreciate your feedback. Thanks a lot in advance.

You ordered through Nick Marks so its him you need to contact not Ewen.

When did you submit the support ticket? Give it some time, I have no doubt Nick will get back to you.

This is what I did. I sent a support ticket to Nick Marks and got an autoreply. I still have not received any proper answer from his team after 24 hours.

I still have not received any product download link either. This is very bad I think. They take your money and run! :-(

I am going to contact my bank and have them cancel the payment. They will probably charge me a fee but maybe not as this is a premium card. At least I will have it taken care of.

I have never had this happening with any product ever. I should only rely on what's posted on the WF. WSOs were never any problem. :-)

This most probably means that I will never get the download link and see that product I paid for. It would have come in my email by now.

I will probably never get any answer to my complaint tickets to the company and the seller. I will most probably never hear from them either.

I went as far as calling SWREG Digital River in the US. I had to go through a search on the US Whte Pages to find their phone number.

Their website that pulled out my money only had an address but no phone contact. Their customer service person replied that they are just a payment medium and cannot do anything about the non-delivered product and I had to contact the seller.

They certainly took the money from my debit card and ran away with it. :-(

dude....just as a suggestion maybe u can go to google and search with the keyword "Nick Marks" autopilot or just "Nick Marks".

I tried the first one and found a few links. maybe u can search for his contacts. It could be a different person though. I mean, Good Luck.

Thank you for your answers. I still have received nothing as of now.

I am going to go to my bank first thing on Monday morning and ask them not to process the payment to the SWREG Digital River from my debit card.

Then I will see what to do from there.

Autopilot profits is actually a very basic product. imho, you don't need it if you frequent this forum. you can find all the info inside from warriorforum. i hope you get your money back soon.

When you purchased something using your credit/debit card, you can ask your bank for a form called "charge dispute" form. Usually there is an option for you to select on the form that you didn't receive the goods after making the payment.

Just my 2cents again.

This is how the end of this story goes.

Bank said they cannot issue a refund as payment was already taken out of my account by seller. They were certainly very quick at it. :-(

The result is...
I was ripped off 20.55 Euros by Nick Marks and SWREG INC.

Never received any receipt for my payment/purchase, never received any product either.

There are thieves out there in the IM world.
BEWARE!!!

looks as thought I am a victim too...should have come here first to check on nick marks ...karma still works, so whoever he is , he has some bad things headed his way ...and rightfully so

And if so, how about telling a fellow WF member where all this info can be found?

Because, just about ANYTHING for sale can be gotten cheaper or even free, somewhere, somehow.
But the purpose of PACKAGING something is to make it available to anyone, without having to go on a full scale geek search that could take hours, even days!
$17 seems like a good price to pay to save hours (even ONE hour) of searching time.
Even ONE HALF of an hour!

The important issue, which no one here has addressed, is does this AUTOPILOT PROFIT SYSTEM actually work as advertised?
And/or HOW well it does WHAT.

Yeah, I know this thread is nearly 2 years old, but is there any actual unbiased, useful information about this product here at WF, or anywhere else?
