Looks very promising but no where does it give you any idea of the sites it submits to...has anyone bought it yet that can share whether or not it actually submits via any of the paid news sites or is it all through the fee PR and article sites?

Thanks!

I guess it's "just" submit to the free PR sites, since who would paid for it to submit it to the paid sites?

You can actually see some of the sites in the demo video...

On the other hand, to have a very good written press release is another thing.

I have no problem with writing my own PR, have been doing it for years, and we get excellent results. It's not that difficult a skill to learn.

But most of the PR services have aggregator accounts that allow third party services to submit PRs for other companies - if this product has done that, then there is a LOT more value to the product than if it is only submitting to the free PR sites.

It might be a time saver, but many of these sites now carry little if any rank power with Google, and rarely get you into Google News, so you won't see much traffic from them.

Oooh, it sounded so good, but the results have been practically non-existant.

Promoted an excellent free webinar with them, and got not even one signup and only a click or two.

About press release sites I use and have found helpful:

PRLog.org - the free one isn't bad, and the paid one can be really good (but at $49 it's not cheap either).

            Webwire.com is pretty good too.

PRWeb.com is excellent - but too expensive. I used it occasionally for important releases when it was $89, but when they went above $100 I stopped. However, just FYI, PRWeb is THE go-to place if you need US leads and such, which is what I used it for.

From the introductory videos and case studies, it looks like the whole system relies on submitting press releases on PRBuzz.com

PrBuzz.com prices are $300 for a full year for one company or $500 for a full year as a reseller (unlimited number of submissions for as many clients as you may have).

Is it worth it? Try searching the domain name, PrBuzz.com in the news section of Google search .. then compare it with another service like prweb.com. Yes, there's a huge difference in pricing, but there's a enormous difference in exposure as well.

Perhaps someone who used PrBuzz can expose their traffic results. It will be interesting to find out if it resulted in any significant traffic back to their websites. My bet is on NO, but I didn't actually use it.

Here's the regular search engine exposure (and trend):
    prbuzz.com - SEMrush's main report for domain

.. and here's how PRWeb looks like in SE:
    prweb.com - SEMrush's main report for domain

I've used PRBuzz a couple of times before abandoning the project for which I used them. It's very easy to find people on fiverr and similar sites who will submit to PRBuzz for a few dollars a pop, as opposed to spending $300 per year. I got good results from my PRBuzz submission (over a year ago, didn't store numbers). Two of the tricks about using PRBuzz or its equivalents 1) make it a real PR with real news, not a sales brochure masquerading as a PR 2) follow up with more PRs; one-shots don't cut it.

Thanks! I used PRBuzz for a year, and we did a LOT of press releases - good quality ones that got picked up through other services that we also used, but rarely saw much additional coverage via PRBuzz.

Sounds like this may simply be their reseller program 'dressed up'.

        Melody,

I signed up for Live PR Submitter (liveprsubmitter dot com) and so far it has been a very disappointing experience. I know how to create a press release, and submitted one with a title like this:

XYZ Company Announces Innovative New Online Marketing System

Well, that one was rejected and the reason given was "not a press release title". So, I changed it a bit and replaced "Announces" with "Launches". Got rejected again for the same reason given.

I contacted their live support and asked what I needed to do. They said I needed to put the word "News" in the title. Literally, the word "News". So I stuck that word in there and they approved it. LOL

Then it sat for a couple days in their submissions queue and mysteriously went from approved to "not approved" again with no reason given, and live support said I would get an email explaining why. No email came so I requested a refund yesterday.

So far they have not responded to my refund request after 24 hours.

Something doesn't seem right about the whole deal.

Oh my.....putting the word news in the title does not make it news!! Obviously something very wrong here.

Thank you for your input - was SO tempted to buy since we do a lot of PR - but this doesn't sound like a good solution.

Good luck with the refund request!

I signed up for it and am disappointed as well. Two of the four PRs I sent were approved and then subsequently rejected and not approved. I have since requested it to be cancelled and refunded. I'd stay if it weren't so expensive.

Worse, they do not refund you for each submission if it's rejected. Even though there are no instructions to include "News" in the title (who does that for PR's anyway?)

Their customer service representative - Angie? - has the worst attitude I have ever come across - literally. I have a sneaking suspicion she's playing PS3 while replying.

If all that wasn't bad enough, one day I log in to my account to discover I had zero credits available, ever. Despite being a paying customer. Just like that.

I realize services like this can have bugs when they're first released, but this is a freakin' circus. Complete and utter joke.

Feels like Tod Gross, Dan Lew and other "gurus" have suddenly gone poor and need to scrape dollars however they can OR they sold their online personas and the new owners are simple "Make -Sell - Forget about it" people!

Now let me tell you why the support is bad. It is handled by the same company/group of 3 people that handled Dan Lew's and Precious Ngwu's support. Precious NGWU is a well known scammer - thus being banned from WF some months ago.

Those people know nothing about the product or care about your issues. They have names like : Angie, Julie and Martin - but from what they replied back in emails, i could see they were far from being US people. They must be some outsourced support that is not even trained properly.

Hi, Sorry to hear your press releases were not published, even though they were finally approved it then needs to move to queued and then published, its up to the network partners we deal with to make the final publish.

Also just to make things clear about our comment on free submissions, I find that quite ridiculous to make these assumptions. We are our own network and we have whitelabel rights to distribute along side some of the biggest news sites in the world. We pay a very healthy sum for these rights.

As for the distribution sites we get published to some of those sites end up being local news sites depending on your topic and area of relevance along with major financial high authority sites and other major news sites you may see from prweb and others.

Finally to prove we are our own network when you publish a press release and it goes live on the news sites it will say source: LivePrSubmitter you can not ever have this without being whitelabel or being an independent network like we are.

If anyone needs support they can each out to me personally via facebook, skype or email at danlew.com @ gmail.com, not on a forum I rarely visit.

    Best Regards,
    Dan

Dan - Can you respond to the comments above that people were told to put the word "News" in the title of the PR? This is not very good advice - and could certainly affect a press release being picked up by your news sites.

This is incorrect, we have a new support team and they have been guided properly and know what guidelines to present to customers who have issues with their approvals.

Disregard that advice my apologies on that as that was old support staff which may of mentioned that.

I bought Live PR Submitter two months ago (April 25) and I've done two real, quality press releases, both of which were accepted without revision. I'm cancelling my account, and wouldn't use the product if it were free. This is why:

      1. Both press releases contained garbled text on every site they were published to. In multiple places in each release, two words were jammed together without the intervening space.

      2. My latest press release took from May 14 to June 7 to publish and get links back, even though it was approved without revision.

      3) Multiple emails to the support email in the Support section of their dashboard brought no response. The only way I was able to get a response was to submit a refund request through PayPal. One month was refunded, but my support questions were never answered and are still outstanding.

      4) The majority of the 223 links that each press release campaign generated were from the same C Class IP. In other words, it appears that the sites my press release was distributed to were sites on the same server, which will have no value to Google, and may in fact make my link profile look spammy.

      5) 130 of the 223 links were to different pages on the exact same website.

      6) All of the sites that posted my press release appear to be Page Rank 0.

And this is why I love the Warrior Forum. It's my goto place to find out what's working in the industry and what's not. I saw a "too good to be true" promotion of this product today and was doing my due dilligence when I found this thread.

For the record, I agree that PRWeb gets some great coverage if you have the budget.

A few additional sites I like (and have used) that are less costly than PR Web are:

Press Release Distribution by PRLeap: SEO, Social Media, Guaranteed Syndication + Analytics
SEO Press Release Distribution | Submit Online Press Releases
Press Release Services, Press Release Writing and News Distribution, from Send2Press Newswire, a service of Neotrope (I got some very great feedback and support from Chris the owner when doing our first press release.)
Small Business Press Release Distribution and Media Engagement Tools | SBWire

    Cheers!

I am trying their $7 for 7 days trial, and so far am not impressed. My PR sat in the queue for a day, then moved to the next status which is "Active but not published" and there it sits.

So for me, I always have to look at the bigger picture of anything. Their gold package lets you submit 5 PR's a day, but so what if they just sit there in a queue forever...you would have hundreds of them just waiting to go out.

So I don't know anything about the types of links you get because I don't have any yet.

I actually saw an ad for this earlier today and was thinking this looks pretty awesome. It's always a big hassle doing PR campaigns and many people, myself included, only know of a handful of places to submit free press releases to...

Does anyone by chance have a list of sites to easily submit a free press release to?

I ended up getting the PR published but it was what you would expect....low quality. I mean the sites they go on.

I think there is ONE and only one way to get any real traction from a press release, and it's to pay for a really good one.

I always do my PR's manually and finding a Fiverr gig for SB Wire works a treat.
Too many fake services around and simply not worth the time and effort.
Reminds me of a service which the owner has since tried to hide to avoid further embarrassment by deleting the original thread.
Here's the one I'm talking about.....
      http://www.warriorforum.com/reciproc...me-charge.html

He's even deleted his main site due to all the negative reviews and feedback but make sure you remember his username on here because he'll be sure to plant another one on someone here soon enough.

Be careful out there folks, although there are some great products, so many are plain garbage.
I've gone full circle in all my years online and do most things manually now. There are no shortcuts that last.

Contacted product support Oct 12 there has been no response. Contacted Dan Lew at above email address Oct 16 no response. Third contact attempted today at both sources above. Obviously Pay resolution next. Unfortunately it seems to be not the quality and the performance expected for even the price it is offered. Gave it a try of course but not happy with it. Usually when I order something online there is some sort of customer service, there is none found with this product ( at the product support email and at the sellers email above ) so far which adds to the whole disappointment. Originally bought through an email from Todd Gross which I respected his reputation and is why I bought the product. Well there you go. Unfortunate.
