I placed an order for a Logo from gotlogos on the 27th February 2014. I received an order receipt which stated that my delivery goal was the 4th March 2014. This was the last of any communication I have received from Gotlogos, despite the fact that I have sent numerous polite emails requesting an update on the progress of my logo.

As I am from the UK and GotLogos is an American company, I am not sure there is much I can do to receive compensation.

On the 8th April I sent my final email to GotLogos informing them that if they did not respond within 24 hours I would be venting my frustration online.

As I have still had no response, the result is this review.

I would be interested if anyone else has had similar experiences with GotLogos and whether people have alternative recommendations for website logo design.

As it stands, my current recommendation is that GotLogos be avoided at all costs.
