Help in Traffic (KOTD)- WARNING

couple weeks ago I purchased "Help In Traffic" software ($5/monthly payment) from Tatiana Salaru...
Software contains virus and it can't be removed from my PC.
Even if I don't run the software (software's name is KOTD), once activated soft works itself. Results till now:
1. My IBO Social account is suspended (this is something about I not worrying and actually this was my fault, because I sent traffic directly to my IBO account)
2. Today my IP was blacklisted (I don't use software about week) and I cant access any website (servers not responding). It's not a network error or something else, because this thread I writing from the same place and same PC (but trough Tor browser which changed my IP). So all what I can do now is install new OS on my computer and contact my internet provider about my IP changing.
Use it or not is up to you, but it definitely not cost these problems.
