Hi All Opinions needed : Im getting ready to renew my perldesk license in preparation for setitng up my support center, but someone has told me of an open source system called eticket... im looking for opinions from people who have used eticket . is it a good as perldesk ? also is there any better alternatives to perldesk these days if it isnt eticket ? Not sure about eticket, but TicketDesk Pro is good if you are looking for software that runs on your server and Zendesk is good if you are looking for a hosted solution.

thanks for that. I already have perldesk running it just needs updating and restoring with license etc
