Support software options ? (perldesk / eticket)
Opinions needed : Im getting ready to renew my perldesk license in preparation for setitng up my support center, but someone has told me of an open source system called eticket...
im looking for opinions from people who have used eticket . is it a good as perldesk ?
also is there any better alternatives to perldesk these days if it isnt eticket ?
