I'm Excited! I ordered my CPA Tsunami yesterday and I also took the $995 upsell for a year of coaching and mentoring with the organization. I think it's good value for the long run and you could probably make that back in 5 minutes on a good day in CPA. So, what the heck, if you're going to study something why not study the most profitable thing in the marketplace to master. And he's so right about what he said about you creating the value as a Business Owner - eg: Content, Creativity, and Customer Service that shines. And let other's slave over how to get traffic for you! Yay Mike, now awaiting the big scary box haha ![]() Damian |

The downsell process after the sale was classic was it not? I didn't bite three times, but I eventually did after 30 days free, and $97 thereafter. I will get to kick the tires some. I calculate that I spent $1067 instead of the $995 upfront over 12 months; which is a difference of $72. I like that better I think anyway. Most importantly, the guy did four downsells or alternative offers to get the coaching. I definitely took notes, but that is what I hope to learn in the course. CT |

People keep calling CPA Tsunami a CPA course, but isn't Mike showing you how to get your offers into CPA networks instead of promoting others? I really want to get this, but considering I don't have the budget to put my lead generation into a CPA network I'm worried I'm going to buy it and let it get dusty in a corner. |

Well I am not used to having a telephone number to call for Customer Service and actually being able to reach them and talk to somebody on the other end. That, to me, is something to shoot for as a marketer. I have not received the product yet, but I am very impressed with the way Mike Hill does business. Charles |

When you're genuine authentic & real, in a room full of "marketers" you stand out by a mile. The Hottest girl, remember "contrast." Real success stands out & "shines." There are products that inform, and then there are products that inspire. We should all aspire to achieve the later. Be real, and you can really make a difference. Looking forward to sharing as we get into it.

I've been going thru the system and have the following observation. Please let me know if you guys feel the same way. First, I'm a complete newbie. As I'm going thru this, I realized that this is very advanced stuff. Mike Hill recommends people spending upwards of $7k to get a shopping cart. For a newbie who has not seen success in this business, it seems very expensive. Also, I went thru the table of content and didn't see any info about identifying a profitable niche. So it feels like it's a system for someone who already has a product. Any thoughts? |

Going thru the course myself. It really doesn't outline the action steps you need to take but rather give a general discussion on all things you need to consider. I've looked at the transcripts folder, and they are in huge lumps of paragraphs. I'm talking about 10+ lines per paragraph without bold, underline and lots of grammatical mistakes in it. So the transcripts folder is rather hard to read. It would be better if Mike took the approach of WHAT you need to do today, and then tomorrow and so on rather than give a discussion about all the elements. Haven't come across the part to spent $7K on a shopping cart. Perhaps you've interpreted this wrong. Shopping carts are free at oscommerce.com or for a minimal charge, you can use 1shoppingcart.com etc. I know Mike has put many hours into recording this package, but I feel a lot of the information is also commonsense. Eg: He says when using product images on your pages, that for business products, use images of men in suits, money, meetings etc. For health products, use exercising, good food, exercise equipment, and for stock products, use dollar signs, charts etc. I mean... this is really all a given. |

James, I concur with your observations. I believe the info are great but it's hard for someone who has limited success in this business to follow. The more I go thru the course, the more it feels like it's for someone who is very seasoned in the business. The shopping cart that Mike mentioned is from M57. I signed up for the extra coaching component and that's where he mentioned it. The retail for that shopping cart is $10k but he has a special deal for $7k. Furthermore, M57 requires a minimum of $3.5k a month. So for a newbie, it's a huge shock to the system. BTW, Mike also strongly discourages 1shoppingcart.com because it doesn't offer good affiliate tracking. For me, it feels like Mike is asking people to put down substantial money before anything has happened. It makes me uncomfortable to be in that situation. I will go thru the system thoroughly to see if this package really make sense for a newbie like me. |

phantom701... personally, I don't think you have the right product to start off as a newbie. Your best bet would be to go visit Russel Brunson's product which is just the price of shipping for an mp3 player on how to start a micro-continuity site at Order Confirmation : MicroContinuity.com. It's much better for your needs. Even for me, Mike's product goes over some commonsense things like gathering testimonials, using bullet points, red and black font for headings etc which for me, is just too time consuming going over all this stuff that I already know. Going thru all of Mike's stuff I think I can put better use of my time to other things. Sure there will be gems in the stuff, but I cannot afford to spend so many hours wading through the fluff to get to the meaty stuff. |

I've been going through the course and online training. CPA Tsunami is WORLD CLASS. I know what I am talking about, I buy nearly ALL the $2,000/$3,000 marketing courses that come out. I could go into detail about the pros/cons of each one but I don't have the time. In my experience nothing comes close to CPA Tsunami, period. Many people on six figures like myself will go on to become millionaires because of CPA Tsunami over the next year or two, mark my words. Sure I can see if you are a newbie and have no products, services and don't know the basics like how to set up a squeeze page then maybe this is a bit too advanced for you. But in that case go out and learn the basics first, not sure why anyone would be spending $2k on a course when they don't know the basics like what niche to go into, a bit like buying a book on advanced cooking receipes when you can't even boil an egg. Anyone who is already successful should be able to take it to the next level with CPA Tsunami, some of it might seem obvious but only because he has broken down many complex marketing ideas and processes into steps so everyone can understand. I've only been through 5 sections and I've picked up at least TEN huge ideas which I can implement immediately. If you were lucky enough to get the course and haven't learned anything yet then I really think you need to put the DVD's back in and pay careful attention to every word he says, I think his laid back way of speaking often camouflages a lot of the incredible information, I know I've had to watch more than once before I picked up certain things. This is serious stuff, Mike Hill has made many millionaires and multi-millionaires with his marketing strategies and many more will come from this course I believe. |

Yeh, CPA Tsunami leaves almost no stone unturned. He touches on all the mechanics you need to ensure maximum success. Though, it's not an easy course to get through, and often you will find yourself stopping it to implement his ideas. If you implement everything he mentions, then I doubt you would finish the course in less than a month. |

| I'm not sure what online training you are referring to. The website today is quite bare with little info. Mike has downloads posted on the page which he promised from the purchase. What additional training did you get?? Quote:
And on the newbie note, it was Mike who claimed over and over that this is absolutely for newbie. I can even pull videos to show you. I completely agree with you that no one course can boil the ocean. But that's exactly how Mike marketed his system. Mike also claimed that you didn't even need any product to sign up for this course. However, he didn't have anything on:
BTW, what would you recommend to get someone started in this space?

| I'm seriously thinking of doing a vid with me driving a cloth-topped Citroen "Deux Chevaux" through Paris. I've already done one in my old Benz - I stuck a big lump of my kids' PlayDoh on the dash and embedded a CanonHV20 (HD) camera in it. Worked a treat.

You can use One Shopping Cart to process payments and run your own affiliate program with a 3rd party script like Post Affiliate Pro (which has brilliant tracking). The good thing about that is, if you decide to switch Shopping Cart, you can retain your affiliate program. Kenneth |

Is anyone (or does mike mention in any additional coaching sessions) using infusionsoft for their CRM and affiliate tracking? At 300/mo it seems like a more affordable option than M57 for data management and shopping cart, but I'm wondering if anyone has some hands on experience with it. Thx |

Hey Guys, I just thought I'd weigh in here. I purchased the Mike Hill program, and he definitely provides the value. He is not secretive about his course or his tactics, and he is there to make you money. I am in process of getting my first clients, and you would be surprised how many people have no clue what most of the things Mike talks about are. There is so much content in his course that it takes a while to get through. 18 hours of material, bonuses, step-by-step guides on how to get it done, and even more stuff is provided. I would recommend purchasing the coaching option, as having access to his staff has been huge. I have also been through Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula course, and these two courses compliment each other. Mike delves into way more detail on the technical, psychological, and finer points of the websites themselves. After going through his course, it's amazing to see how many websites don't have even the basic elements and flow of a good squeeze page. It's actually fun to walk into a business, give them a free good idea, and have them call you back to "help" them with other things on their site. The purchase price should not be a concern, as Mike way over delivers on what he gives you. Don't let the homemade video look trick you...he has no need to impress-his program is for people who are serious about taking action, and yes, there will be a majority who do not even act after their purchase. Their loss! |

if you want to learn about offers, mass traffic, networks and conversions this is it. It is designed for people who want to take a mass market product to a network and crush it but it is useful for all product owners and affiliates because of the insights into sales copy tactics, landing pages, traffic channels and more.. |

Let me save everyone some time here again. One big word of warning, this is absolutely NOT for newbie despite what Mike Hill claims. If you are not making any money on the Internet today, this is absolutely NOT for you. Why? 1. Product creation is incredibly expensive. Especially if you don't have any idea what product to create. 2. The initial $2000 or $3000 is just that, initial investment. What he doesn't tell you is the amount of money you still have to invest to make money. 3. Mike Hill will tell you that you must invest in a $10,000 shopping cart and that's just to set it up. There's monthly cost to this shopping cart. 4. He will then tell you the various other costs you must invest. Call Center, video talents, etc. 5. By the end of the course, you are looking at spending at least $15,000 out of pocket for product creation. 6. Course is peppered with products where he's an affiliate, so you are continually making him rich signing up thru him. 7. Worst of all, you spent a boat load of money not having to make a single cent. And you have no idea whether the product you spent thousands of dollars to create would even make money!!!!! If you have that kind of money to throw around, by all means, buy this product. Is the content good? Probably for some. But let's be really honest here, you have to spend a ton of money. If you are all about product creation, this is probably for you. It's also for those who have created products before but have not considered a lot of the issues related to product launches. |

| Note to Moderators: I posted this before and it was approved as OK (and thanked) by a moderator, so I'm re-posting. If there is a problem, feel free to take it up with me. Or at least remove posts from ALL affiliates! Thanks! --- I have the course, I have been through it and it's EXTREMELY thorough. The course in total is 18hrs of Mike spilling his entire business onto video. The box also includes 3 discs containing all the videos in iPod-friendly format... and also all the MP3s. Also included are all the transcripts (in case you don't like learning from video, or want somewhere to write notes) plus all the slides. The slides aren't just print-outs either, they're re-formatted so they actually complement the DVDs, rather than duplicate them. I have the course right now, so if you have any questions, feel free to PM me |

Is there a section or portion devoted to product creation ideas? ... Niches to avoid....or is this key to have figured out Before utilizing this training? The sales video sure is packed with insightful information ! Could this 'scaled by someone new to the product creation arena without implementing the costs as illustrated a few posts up by phantom??? Thanks for any inputs, M |

Mike deals with the cost issue in some of the launch material... basically the more you have, the quicker you can go, but you don't have to have huge amounts of money to start. You can start testing your offer with just one partner, for example.

I agree, that Mike put together interesting content, but from feedback of other marketers I know, that the idea he "sells" in his course is not applicable on each type of business ... so don't expect too much from it. I personally watched some videos from it and I don't think I can apply too much from it on my business |

This course is fantastic as I have said many times on this thread already. However, I would say this course is probably of more benefit to people who already have real online businesses and are already making money online like myself. If you are a newbie, you're probably better off learning the basics first - start making some regular income and sales. Once you're making $1,000 a month for example then maybe think about getting involved with these more advanced $2k courses. You can't buy these advanced $2k courses and expect to go from nothing to making big bucks, it doesn't work like that. It is akin to expecting a baby to start running before learning to walk, it isn't going to happen. |

I bought it and would recommend it if you are the following - hyper focused - would seriously consider having your own offer - understand this is a longer term play, once you fully enter this world it will take up all your time. This level of CPA marketing is purely addictive and profitable.... |
