Quick question

How fast does JVZoo reply to support tickets? I sent them one yesterday and have yet to hear back from them.

    Hello,

    I have found that sometimes it takes a few days to get a support issue dealt with. In-fact you may get a reply that someone is looking into your isue after a day or two and then wait another day or two after that to get another reply.

    That's my personal experience, I am sure you will find other folks that have seen quick service too..

    JVZOO is the best service out there and if they did not jump to get to your issue, how dare you be mad at them? They did not sell you anything.... They are a portal for the product creators and others to sell.

    It is strange that you are the only one lately that I have seen -- try to complain about JVZOO as they have tens of thousands of people using it daily....

    I am sure they will get to you but do not try and bash them as you will get people like me who will defend them to the death....

      Do you work for them? Why are you trying to defend them so much? All I said was that it's annoying their customer service is not better.
