We use Premium Web Cart for a multitude of funnels for ourselves and others but we also use simple autoresponders from different providers..

What you choose really depends on what you are doing and the level of sophistication you require.

For example we have sequences in sales paths that add scores to actions people take. We have sequences that move people along particular sales paths and automatically move them to different sequences based on their actions. These structures can get complicated and it depends on whether you need to control staff and manual tasks, manual followups etc.

I recently looked at clickfunnels and thought "cool" I've got to get that just because I see a use for a few projects I'm working on.

Often you can build a funnel with a simple autoresponder and sometimes keeping it simple is the best way to go.

You really need to work out what you can afford, what you "really" need to do and then pick a solution that fits within those needs.
