RunClick Plugin - *personal* experience, anyone?

A couple of days ago I attended a webinar powered by the Runclick plugin (can include a link but afraid it might be considered as a promotion of the product). It wasn't a promotion of the Runclick plugin. The session started after a lengthy glitch. Of course, it can happen to anyone. Even Adobe Connect glitches; if something can go wrong, sooner or later, it does. However, some products glitch more often than others.

So my questions to the folks that are already using the plugin:
1 - How has your experience been so far?
2 - What are the RunClick plugin advantages over the freely available (tried, tested, using currently, recommend wholeheartedly) sz-google? But maybe the RunClick plugin offers added functionality? No way to tell!

I am sorry to say I don't trust the reviewers that are bombarding my Inbox cos their promo videos, as is so annoyingly typical, contain only the original product ad with an intro and an outro. Again, not sure I can post links here but a quick search on youtube is bound to bring them up.

P.P.S. No review copy yet but I am getting hooked - it looks AMAZING, judging from the videos posted on the plugin website. Any feedback from people with hands-on experience would be great, pretty much please?
