Payperclick formula 1 & 2?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two, is there much in the 2nd that isnt int he first?

Version 2 is updated to 2009 and is available to everyone who had purchased version1. And version 1 is not available any more to purchase...i hope this clarifies.
